Well done on fixing the heater, I'm rubbish at stuff like that! We even called the landlord to change a light bulb, lol. To be fair, it was a really weird light fitting & we couldn't work out how to remove it!

Im off to aldi tomorrow myself to get my fruit and veggies. I'll be dusting off my kettle bells and digging out the trainees.
I've got a list as long as my arm of things that I need to do this week. I've got a days work booked in for Fri already so hopefully that's the start of me being busy.

I love jigsaws but I'd spend time doing that rather than all the other things I need to do.
Put that lentil recipe on later please , I love lentils.

yeah really i should be applying for jobs but the jogsaw is more important today haha

recipe is this! Serves 6, healthy A free on extra easy and green :D


  • 300g red lentils, soaked overnight in water
  • 450g onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1 fat clove garlic, crushed
  • 275ml cold water
  • 2 tsp Passover baking powder
  • 240g reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1tsp dried Italian herb seasoning

  1. Place the soaked lentils in a sieve and rinse under a tap until the water runs clear. Leave in the sieve to drain.
  2. Spray a 25x20x5cm tin liberally with low calorie cooking spray and preheat the oven to 150°C/130°C Fan/Gas Mark 2.
  3. Spray a large non-stick pan with low calorie cooking spray, add the onion and garlic and cook until golden brown. Add the water and Passover baking powder, then remove from the heat.
  4. Add half the cheese and herbs, then all the drained lentils with a pinch of salt.
  5. Mix well, then turn into the tin, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 2 hours until crusty.

Hey all!!!! Happy monday...

So my day starts off like this....
Got up at 10am, admired my jigsaw (I honestly did) then made myself a sw fry up.

Then got into bed for a nap because I was stuffed... I sat and dwelled on the fact that I need to look for a job....

THEN as I was dosing off, I got a phone call to say I GOT THE JOB!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOO

I start on Wednesday (my birthday but oh well) and im so excited... so ive been unemployed for a total of 12 hours haa

thanks everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! working thursday morning so ill have to go to the sat group again... least i get a week then :D

I knew kitty had something to do with it :D hehe

my friend got the other job we applied for so thats great :) would have been gutted if someone else had.

Went to town today and bought another jigsaw haaaa will do it tomo :D then me and my friend went to the pub. Had one vidka and diet coke then just had a pint of diet coke... first time in ages ive socialised and not drank wine or cider :D


Food for today is more or less same as yesterday with a vodka thrown in
