That has to be one of the most stressful weekends I have ever had. What a complete nightmare! Still feeling stressed out now. SO glad I decided not to stick to plan as I really needed comfort food. Stresses from moving, TOTM, hen party (had a full blown cold throughout!).....
On the bright side of that it only says I'm a pound up, so if I try and get back on track today, fingers crossed I'll lose a bit come next week. I still feel so anxious about it all, I'm such a worry wort. I don't know what's wrong with me!
I must have consumed so much crap since Friday..... curry, afternoon tea, Greek meal out, caramel digestives (yum!), choux bun, pizza, sweets....... but I needed it! I could write a whole essay about the weekend, but I won't do that!
Today's menu (back on plan I hope!) green, Mon 15th October:
Breakfast: WW yog, 2 wheetabix Hex B
Lunch: Sandwich Hex B, 2 baby bel light, 1 muller
Dinner: Macaroni cheese
Snacks: Alpen light 3 syns, maltesers 5 syns, ham 3 syns? light choice choc sundae.... 5 or 6 syns??
Total: 17 ish syns????
