2 packs special k biscuits-5pp

Salt and vinegar quavers-2pp

Total- 17pp

So after my tea (6pp) I'll have 3pp left. If I use these it'll be for a Horlicks to send me to sleep! I'm like you Sarah, the early mornings are a killer!

I didn't know apple tango was comparatively low in calories, that's good.
 
Well done on resisting takeaway, change to routine makes it really hard to get back on track but a decent filling dinner might do you more good than a little ready meal if you havnt ate meals today as wouldn't you still have lots of points to use up to get to your dailies then? Maybe toast or cereal later if you get peckish? X
 
To be honest after my snacks I'm not that hungry and I anticipate sleep before long. If I do stop awake I will have some porridge or something. Can't beat porridge.

As long as u don't eat like that every day I'm sure 1 day won't hurt!
 
Errm well I had breakfast and a bagel for lunch but otherwise it's been grazing on crap! Oh dear. Right guys I think I've made a decision, it's quite a big one!
I think tomorrow I'm going to join slimming world. I tried it 2 years ago and I didn't lose great amounts of weight BUT I think I took the eat unlimited thing too literally. Here is my thing, I think I need the structure of meetings to help keep me on plan, at the same time I think I am frustrated with pointing right now AND I am spending a lot of my points on rubbish which is annoying me. I keep aiming for SF weeks but the temptation to turn to points if I decide on a naughty is all too great. So I'm pretty aware of portion sizes these days and Think although I know you don't need to, I will weigh on SW and prob end up pointing occasionally just to make sure I'm not going crazy!
I'm gonna give it a month, there's no harm in trying it, I'm a big advocate of ww but it's just not suiting me right now. Also sometimes starting something shiny and new gives me the impetus I need, I haven't got far to go so it's worth a shot. I shall keep posting on here if you don't mind as I really like this forum and I know a couple of you guys dabble in SW occasionally so hopefully you can help me. I hate to be a diet hopper because I know it's not healthy but I think I need a little change right now.
 
If the change helps its worth it! U can post on here too!

And the plans r so similar it won't hurt swapping from one to the other !
 
Thanks guys! Yep I'll be sticking on this forum cos I want to keep up with all of your journeys! I may well be back to ww in a few weeks but I need to try something to get me back into gear.
 
Just been trying to catch up! Reward chart is a brilliant idea!! And maybe actual rewards like shoes or something little like a new nail polish might be better than a food reward. :)

Hot chocolate is inspiring me. :) I had one in Starbucks (it's the only way I get milk down me) and it was so nice :)

I think your food diary is looking good! Your within your points and get some good tasty foods in. Do you get lots of fruit/veg into your day too?

And 3 meals a day is a must so good luck with that :)
 
Ah thanks Purple, you're always so positive and motivating! I've not been getting fruit and veg lately which is why I'm having a rethink and gonna give SW a go. At the moment I'm in points but using them on crap!

Yeah I want to make my rewards non food based, I'm thinking stuff like lush bath bombs!
