Errm well I had breakfast and a bagel for lunch but otherwise it's been grazing on crap! Oh dear. Right guys I think I've made a decision, it's quite a big one!
I think tomorrow I'm going to join slimming world. I tried it 2 years ago and I didn't lose great amounts of weight BUT I think I took the eat unlimited thing too literally. Here is my thing, I think I need the structure of meetings to help keep me on plan, at the same time I think I am frustrated with pointing right now AND I am spending a lot of my points on rubbish which is annoying me. I keep aiming for SF weeks but the temptation to turn to points if I decide on a naughty is all too great. So I'm pretty aware of portion sizes these days and Think although I know you don't need to, I will weigh on SW and prob end up pointing occasionally just to make sure I'm not going crazy!
I'm gonna give it a month, there's no harm in trying it, I'm a big advocate of ww but it's just not suiting me right now. Also sometimes starting something shiny and new gives me the impetus I need, I haven't got far to go so it's worth a shot. I shall keep posting on here if you don't mind as I really like this forum and I know a couple of you guys dabble in SW occasionally so hopefully you can help me. I hate to be a diet hopper because I know it's not healthy but I think I need a little change right now.
