Becktoria's simply filling food diary

Well ate like a pig for 2-3 weeks before and so stopped that, cut out choc since Friday and been at gym more so I guess that's why! I don't expect anymore radical losses in the next couple of weeks. I think main part was getting back on plan after gaining nearly 9lb in 3 weeks!

Well well done on getting a huge chunk of that gain gone already :) x

That's a great loss!
I bet you feel loads better after that! It's hard to gain, so losing it back is always good!

Well done!

WOW!! That's an amazing loss! Well done.

That really is a huge amount to lose in a week. Do you feel all super motivated after that?

Hope you enjoy your meal out tonight, well deserved after a 5lb loss if you ask me...

Thank you guys, I'm still not quite trusting my scales but I'll give them benefit of the doubt! Yep I wanna be super good this coming week, not had chance to plan meals yet, that will have to be done tomorrow whilst the not is on a driving lesson.
This morning I scrubbed the kitchen floor, that was hard, did 2 loads of washing, 1 yet to be hung up and gathered all the garden waste to go in our new garden waste bin and then spent 1.5 hrs cleaning the bathroom-proper cleaning. I also went to gym as it only managed 40mins due to being worn out from housework AND my house still isn't the prisitine palace I want it to be! Oh well.
Gonna get ready for tonight. Gonna stick to vodka, try not to go too crazy with the French cheese and do all my strategies to prevent hangover I know. Now where's my milk thistle?

"Stick to the vodka and try not to get too crazy........."

Good luck!
Ww has turned me into a lightweight!

Have fun tonight xx

So no hangover-I left when I felt the drunkenness creeping up on me- but I have an outrageous case of post drink hunger! I just ate a ww quiche for breakfast, the alternative would've been a greasy sausage sandwich and I had one of them last night to stave off the hangover!
Gonna try to be good but I've got a rumbly tummy, I know it's not real hunger though. Think I'll have a peppermint tea and write the week's plans and shopping lists. I'm thinking home made burgers and chips tonight- its that kind of day!
Oh and off to gym with the boy after his driving lesson, will be 4th trip this week! I looked at the next stage of C25k which I need to Do next and it involves 5 and 6 min running intervals! Big giant eeeeeky scared face! I've done all 3 days of week 3 where you do 3 min running intervals- I think I'll do another one again before I go for week 4 on Monday!

That's quite a leap to then double the running intervals for the next stage? I can't quite get up the courage to actually run on the threadmill. In my programme I am just meant to use it as a cool down at the end anyway so walking is ok but I would really like to be able to run but I am still convinced I would lose my footing and fall flat on my face.

Burgers and chips sounds just the thing for post-alcohol hunger. And quiche for breakfast sounds a good compromise. Sounds yummy.

Interval training is so much more beneficial than just constant jogging or cycling etc. there is also something called fartlek training which is similar to interval training I do it on a cross trainer or treadmill I do 1 minute walk, 1 minute jog then 1 minute sprint you can do it for 10 minutes, 20, 30 etc it's fun.

Sent from my iPad using MiniMins

Atomic I thought it was quite a big jump too. I also was afraid of the treadmill then a few months back I decided just to try to jog on it and I didn't fall over! It's my favourite thing at gym now.
Mrs m I like the sound of that interval programme. I've also heard intervals is better for you.
Anyhow not going to gym now due to issues with other halfs work- he's on call this weekend, but we are going to walk to asda which is a good 2 miles so at least some activity for the day. Be back at gym on Monday raring to go!

I am also having the weekend off from the gym in order to be raring to go on Monday. That is the plan anyway...

Well I think I've managed to consume all of my weeklies in 2 days! I must be good this week! Meeting a friend for coffee on weds and day out with school kids on tues, but these are both cope-able.

Yesterday ended up being a bit of a choc fest-

Day 1 26pp 49 weeklies

B/L- ww quiche -7pp

S- haribo-3pp
Peach
3x kinder eggs (I'd bought a 3 pack cos the new toys are really cool- these little felt animal things and was sure there'd be one inside a 3 pack) there wasn't and I ate all the eggs!)- 12pp

T- turkey ham sandwich- 7pp

S- bag of vice versas -17pp

Total- 46pp
Weeklies used-20
Weeklies left-29pp

So that was yesterday, today I met my friend from London who I've not seen in a year. For lunch I had corn beef pie, not a huge slice- like prob 1/6 of and average size pie, I'm gonna point it at 15, you reckon that's about right? Then we each ordered a scone and had half of each others so had 1/2 a cherry and coconut scone and 1/2 a white choc and ginger scone with jam and cream- you reckon 6pp per scone 1/2 and then 2pp for jam and cream will cover it? It wasn't a vast amount of cream a tiny pot of whipped stuff.
Other than that today I've been good- porridge and plums for breakfast and having potato wedges made with fry light and turkey burgers made with apricot and pine nuts for tea.

Hi Becks, not sure about the points,am sure someone in the know will help you out there!mm to a bag of vice versas! I can see the attraction there! Those scones sound delish! Hope you enjoyed your weekend and as you say you have all week to be good :0)

I reckon your pps estimation seems about right. And those scones sound absolutely divine. Don't think I have ever seen anything other than your basic raison or cheese scone. Really tempted to try making one of those flavours soon. Sounds like you have had a really fun and tasty weekend so I wouldn't worry about using most of your weeklies, you might as well enjoy them when you want them.

Oh wow lots of amazing sounding food those scones sound fab!! X

Whooee I managed week 4 day 1 of c25k! That was 4min run, 2 min walk, 6 min run, 3 min walk then 4 run and 2 more mins walking! I ran at a slightly slower pace on treadmill but will increase it over the week. So pleased with myself I thought it would be hell!

Anyhow boast over. Yep them scones were fantastic! They also did a date and walnut that would prob be lush too!
Gonna be pretty good during the work- I'm not going to be 100% as I'm off work and I don't want to be stressing about food, but most the time I intend to be on plan. I think even if I manage to stay around the weight I am now for Berlin I'm comfortable in the clothes I'm taking and I'm not buying any new ones. I feel mich better than a couple of weeks back and the exercise is def making me feel better and I'm more inclined to stay on track after a trip to the gym!

That's great news about the c25k,well done :0) you are sounding nice and positive for your Berlin trip, that's good to see.Hope you enjoy the rest of your day :0)
