Will try for 5min 30 tomorrow! Feel like I've been pretty productive today, after gym I did all the daft things you need to do when you move, even though we moved 11 months ago! I registered cat at vets and booked her in for vaccines, registered myself and other half for dentist and booked myself in for checkup, then got the firms to register at drs. Oh and sorted electoral roll out and stripped bed, put sheets into wash, sorted out kitchen and now I'm gonna have a well deserved bath. I think that's enough productivity for now.
 
Me and my OH have been slow to get things done as well,I moved here Jan 2011 and he moved in with me in the september and there's still a couple of bits to sort out! Yup you've had a very productive day,enjoy some chill out time :0)

Sounds like a very productive day! All those things are so annoying to do when you are generally at work during the day so its so easy to leave them for ages and forget they still need doing.

Good work on the rowing. I really like the rowing machine. I do distance intervals so its a case of trying to beat your own time on each interval. I kind of like that competative edge it gives it. What made you decide to miss the pilates class? I think I am the opposite with going alone to classes - I would feel really uncomfortable if there was anyone I knew there. I think i like the idea of no witnesses to any possible blunders...
 
I dunno why I didn't go, I saw everyone queuing up to go in and for some reason just felt a bit scared about going in! Ridiculous I know. However I was on the cross trainer and saw the people on the previous class and thought it looked fun. I checked on the timetable when I got in and saw it was body combat which is something I've never thought of trying so might give that a go.
 
Oooh definitely give that a go! Body combat is brilliant. My absolute favourite. Really good fun. Did rather exhaust me the first time though, but in a very good way.
 
Ooh see I'm scared it'll kill me, you're lots fitter than me I think! I might try it next week though.
Just making tea, having wholemeal pasta, asparagus and goats cheese. I have 12pp left and this comes as under that so might shove a bit more cheese on hmmm!
 
I'm not totally convinced I am - I am just very stubborn ;) But there is a real range of fitness in the classes I do and you have the option of doing the high or low impact version so it doesn't have to be such a killer.

I'm really sad that I won't get to do a class until next Friday as we are off to Leicester tomorrow evening to see a band and can't do Monday as one of our cats has to go to vets to have her teeth cleaned so can't go then either.
 
That's rubbish when things get in the way. It's great that I have all day to go to the gym but I worry that I won't be able to keep it up when back to work as always seems that something else has to take priority!
 
No, that won't be fun. She's going in on the tuesday but can't have anything to eat from 6pm the night before so will have to go home straight from work and feed them. And then keep her upstairs for the evening so she can't go out and steal any food from anywhere.

Was really looking forward to the gig but it seems my grumpiness about work has pervaded even that. Now I am just convincing myself we will get terribly lost in the one way system (this is pretty realistic - we always get lost in Leicester) and it will be too hot and stuff in the venue. I really need to get a grip of myself this evening.
 
We're all entitled to our pessimistic days especially when hearing crap news like you have. This is a good place to let off steam in anonymity.

Not too bad, really wanted some sweet food after tea but given there was nothing in house made do with fruit so that was good.

WI about 4pm tomorrow before I go out to my friends for food and drink. I shalnt point this which is naughty but day 1 starts sat. No idea how WI will go as not been a great week, but we shall see. Only social thing I've got lined up is trip to coast to have lunch with my friend who is up from London. That shouldn't be too harmful point wise although I shall take her to the ice cream place where I took the kids last week!

Yeah I guess I've done well today I'm in bed hungry now and desperate for cake or chocolate! It's such a good thing you can't get all night chocolate deliveries! I'd so be dialling for galaxy now!

Ok so I was gonna change and make it WI tonight but I had a sneaky peek on the scales and it's very good news, so I think as it is exactly a week since my last WI and at the same time so I'm going to log that!
So since this time last Friday I've lost 5.4lb! So am 11st 0.6lb .Not sure how, reckon the exercise must have something to do with it! So happy, if I am good I should be in the 10's for Berlin. I hope my scales are right!
Stick with the original plan and eat good today, off plan tonight then Day 1 again tomorrow.
Am very hungry but not sure what to have for breakfast, have to stay in for postal delivery so might plan my meals for next week and do online shop.
