Well done on resisting the cake beck! How's ur day been food wise? Not good if ur really hungry?
 
Sigh I've done bad. I was ok until I was making tea and tomorrows lunch, I was sooo hungry! I hate half of the frittata before my tea and after was still hungry and have attacked a box of ww bars! I'll point it all and try to be better tomorrow. If the hunger continues I'll have to rethink because I know what foods to eat to fill me up without me going off plan.

U have only used 7 weeklies, maybe that wasn't the plan but don't worry urself about it, ur still doing good!
 
Whoops I used 9! I forgot about 2 oatcakes I had.

Not so hungry today but just wanna eat stodgy, sweet food. Will stock at it. X

Ur still doing good beck, unsure that u should be so hungry but maybe try having some more fruit just to keep u going!
 
I'm finding this so hard. My appetite is enormous and really struggling. I've already started eating stuff I shouldn't. I'm not looking forward to my tea either which is not good. I'm gonna look at the food we have in and go back onto sf tomorrow. At least then I shouldn't be so hungry. Xx

Thats a good plan beck! I would deff do that!
 
There's no point being miserable and hungry - that'll defo lead to falling off the wagon! I reckon get back to basics with SF cos you know it works for you :) good luck xxx
 
Yep SF from tomorrow. Will have a pp day on sat as out for food and drinks but sf works for me. Cutting out choc and sugars for a week or so too.
Fell off the wagon tonight but thankfully there isn't anything too unhealthy in the house! So I binged on oatcakes! Haha! X

I def need a time out from convenience food when I'm trying to regain balance on that tricky wagon!
