Becktoria's simply filling food diary

Thanks everyone. Have had a great few days. Am scared of WI tomorrow and also to check the bank balance, but has been worth it. I've got a box of chocs to finish off tomorrow and then back on it on Tuesday. X
 
Ah glad you had a good time :) I bet the damage won't be as bad as you thought xxx
 
We will soon see. I looked back at my weight loss chart and this time last year I gained 3 and 1/2 lb but dropped it again immediately the next week. I can live with that! Xx

Wow 4 and 1/2 on! Pretty surprised as certainly don't feel like I've put that much on but...
Oh well I'm doing week one of easy start from tomorrow and plan on being pretty strict with myself. I have a meal and night out on Saturday but will try to be good on that. X
 
I'm not doing sf this week following a plan ww designed. After going a bit crazy I need it written out for me and to follow it really strictly. Then back on sf etc. I'm not too worried. Not yet! Haha! Xx
 
That's not too bad - I would put that on in a weekend! I bet it's off again next week after your week with the ww set plan :)

Not to worry beck I expect it's alot of water retention, that's what bad foods do to us, u will loose it in no time ESP with ur easy start plan!
 
Thanks love. I'm excited to start. A few Goodson the plan I don't eat often like cottage cheese and oatcakes. Always good to shake things up a bit! C

It's 26 and 3 of them are for milk! I don't even drink tea or coffee but guess I can have a hot milk at night.
2 oatcakes are 2pp but they are small. I have a feeling I'll be hungry, but hey I'll give it a go and have lots of fruit and veg! I'm already changing it slightly as tomorrows menu counts in a vodka and slimline tonic! I'd rather eat something for those 2pp! X

That's a bit strange to add that, not everyone drinks alcohol!

My head was in a good place before and I feel sick from bad eating so hopefully won't be too hard. Feeling positive anyhow so that's the first step! Xx
