How u doing today beck?
 
Not great. Had a very stressful meeting today and got my period too so I've been attacking chocolate! Not an excuse but a reason- However, I'm off to meet the boy in the gym in 45 mins and gonna have low pp tea and buy lots of fruit and start afresh! Also gonna sit and write out plan properly as more likely to stick to it that way. So had a bit of a dip but kicking my arse into gear now! I did so well last week it's silly to undo my good work. Also will make 0pp soup. Organisation is the key to my success or failure! X
 
U can do it beck! R u able to point it all, it's true after a wk of super hard work last wk it would b silly to go off plan now! U can do it u just gotta get ur head into gear! Good luck at the gym!
 
Hope today turns around for you. Good plan on writing down a proper plan - I find thats what I need to keep me on the straight and narrow each week!

Will what chocolate you had be possible to incorporate into your weeklies and activity points? It might just be better so early in the week just to draw a line under it though.
 
I'm guesstimating about 15-20pp of choc! I might just take the hit and take it from weeklies and dailies. My only social plan is to meet my friend for lunch and shoppng on Sunday so think if I'm very good the next few days I'll be ok. Also the choc has not made me feel good and I'm craving fruit so that's a good thing. X
 
When I had my biscuits last night I felt sick and really fancied an orange! Then decided I'd eaten enough! How many dailies do u have left?
 
None if I'm counting the choc! Haha! I'm not hungry for much now actually after the gym. I might have some strawberries and 0% then that be it for the day. Appetite has gone now which is a good thing. Very tired though and need to make soup for tomorrow. Blah! X

Totm makes me go crazy for chocolate too! Glad it wasn't as bad as you thought. I freaking hate totm the cramps make my tummy hurt and it feels like constant hunger so nothing seems to fill me up and then I binge and just feel sick ah horrible vicious cycle- trying to get out of it but still tend to have one day each month where too much chocolate gets consumed lol! X
 
I went crazy again after posting that! I had 2 chicken and mayo sandwiches and a load of malteasers which my boyf had hidden but I knew about and asked him for! There is deffo no more choc in the house! Think it'll have to be a 6 day week but gonna try very hard not to use weekloes til Sunday. Also try to exercise real bad. Real bad night's sleep and up early with cramps. Gah.

B- porridge and blueberries

L- veg soup and ww petit pain
Cherries

T- garlic chicken and wedges

This would be a low pp day so (under 20) hopefully will be ok.

Another few slip ups again! I am not good this week but choc biscuits have been in my face loads today! It's ok I'm still going to gym. I can salvage this. Gah. Annoying myself though.

I had 2 caramel digestives and 3 cadburys fingers. I also had some home made pizza the kids made but that was more bread and tomato purée than anything else. I'm doing pp anyhow today as had ww hotpot for lunch instead of soup. I'll be ok. X
 
You've got some good food plans for this week you can definitely get it back on track, Bectoria. Hope the gym goes well.
 
So I've done 45mins in gym and I walked there and back so that's pretty good. My legs are tired now though, I've been doing c25k and really enjoying it but it's knackering!

My day worked out not too bad in the end...
