Ok there is good news and bad news. The bad news is I was really hungry when I went round the shops and got a twix, then ate some ice cream when I got home and went to the pub and had 2 bottles of corona. The good news is my tea was delicious! Really light flavours and just gorgeous. Made a glaze to cook with the mini burgers for last couple of minutes. Lovely and jasmine rice is just the best! I've got loads in the freezer so great for a quick tasty tea!
I'm not worrying about going over my points. I'm just gonna do as well as I can. I'm having a lot of sugar cravings at the moment-could be hormones- and my will power isn't great. Will keep at the healthy meals though and keep aiming for low pointage! X
The best thing Beck is that you're keeping track of it so not letting get out of control..that will really help stop the twix & ice-cream type eating. You've got an amazing attitude though, you're so right to carry on and not let yourself fall off the wagon..and you tea sounds like it was gorgeous..you'll have to post the recipe sometime when you have time..you're on pp aren't you?
The beers, twix and ice cream aren't the end of the world, sometimes we deserve a bit of an end of the week treat. And you still went ahead and had your planned low point dinner (which still sounds amazing by the way) rather than anything else so thats really good.

Hey guys, not on plan today as spent morning cleaning then me and the boy went to town and had lunch. Had Brie, bacon and cranberry panini and some caramel and hazelnut cake too! That's all I've eaten today though. I've not given up though and although I've relaxed I'm not binging on food which is the main thing. I'm doing food plan ready for the big shop tomorrow so should be a bit more structured then. X
That's ok beck! Having a meal off is totally different to binging all day on crap so I would worry! Ur dinner sounds nice! Haven't had a panini in like ummm 6 months! Kinda b4 I started ww!

I'm trying something new this week. I'm not going to count points. I've planned all my food and bought it today. I know it's healthy and i know my portion sizes- I'll still be weighing stuff like pasta so I my portion sizes are still in check, but I kind of feel like I need some time out from worrying about how many points I've had. I know what I shouldn't be eating too much of and I really want to control my binges so will allow myself a little naughty if I feel like it but must not go crazy! That is the part I really struggle with. I'm still gonna put down my daily food on here but not count points up. Does that make sense? I can't get to WI tomorrow as I have a parents meeting at 5pm. I will go next week and see what happens.
