Yesterday was bad due to lack of organisation, forgetfulness and rushed aroundness! Felt soooo fat and bloated when I went to bed last night! I did have good plans for the day but every main meal I'd planned something went wrong! And there has been a lot of cake and biscuit around! On a positive the trip went really well!
Today will be another challenge as is last day (hooray) and having a barbecue and tonight is works night out with buffet. I have a plan to try and help me with this, I hope I can stick to it. X
