I didn't get round to doing my diary yesterday as I was like this watching Big Brother. I do love the celebrity version. Haven't watched the normal one for a few years now though, maybe I will now it's on Channel 5 - it seems to have improved a bit.
So - week 93:
Monday:
B: Melon, banana, kiwi, yogurt, branflakes (hexb)
L: Pasta in tomatoey sauce and veg, cheese (hexa). Yogurt.
D: Root vegetable casserole, rice & brocolli

Tuesday:
B: Melon, pineapple, banana, yogurt. Roll, butter (hexb) (0.5)
L: Savoury rice & veg. Yogurt.
Snack: left over veg and noodles (few spoons)
D: Bean chilli & rice, cheese (hexa)

Had an utter chocolate fest for no particular reason - spent a good 8 syns just nibbling cos I felt like it .

D: Quorn and veg stirfry with noodles and black bean sauce (3)

I had another loss this week which is good news - 0.8kg which is around 2lbs. Pleased with that as it could have gone either way! I've got a naughty weekend ahead though as we're off visiting my brother which will involve wine and other 'synful things'. Oh well, will do my best to keep it all in check and resume normal service on monday.
