Ive had a very odd (slightly off) day.
Yesterday I had some trouble in the loo where I COULDNT go (TMI, sorry!) and today, every time I drink water....it makes go go gogooooo. lol. Not good. So Ive only had a litre of water but Ive also had the water from my shake and my dinner and Im having a pint of iced tea now. I will try to get some more water or tea down before bed too, along with my coke zero.
Ive felt tired...so out of it...kinda weak and just blergh all day. And not at all hungry. In fact, I had to force down the second half of my dinner! I just really didnt want it. I wasnt hungry. It was really tasty too. Chili con Carne over a bowl of cauliflower.
Had my 2 boiled eggs for lunch today which was a nice change.
Im glad today is friday. No school run tomorrow. lol.
Anyway, this is the first day I have struggled at all, really. I think if the situation in the bathroom would sort itself I would feel a lot better.
I used the planner for today and since I missed out my little bit of milk allowance (I can work it in because I had the eggs for lunch, so less carbs) in my coffee that I was supposed to have but forgot about I am under for calories by 6 but, more importantly, its got me at "deep ketosis" with 48.2b carbs. Interesting.
Oh well. Day 10 almost done. I will have my bar and my coke zero at 7. Hope everyone has had a great day and has a great weekend!
