It really is crazy isn't it about the food situation. I used to go to Tescos at dinner when at work and just buy loads of junk and even buy sweets/biscuits to eat in the car on the way home, now im not even bothered!!

Fab about the jeans, go girl!!

Well done! It is quite easy eating out isn't it, when we know about food and can make informed choices?
I wouldn't say I missed out when I went out - I enjoyed what I chose, and wasn't hungry, nor was I stuffed - perfect!
And well done on the Krispy Kreme - I LOVE their doughnuts!

I am sure it will have had no effect on your loss whatsoever, you've been so good, and deserve good results!

Thats partly why I chose a vlcd in the first place. It allows me to get back the control I once had and the more casual attitude towards food. Before I would either eat whatever rubbish I fancied or, if I was trying to "be good" or I was on some diet or another and couldnt have it, I felt deprived. Ive now got a much better mindset about it. I could have bought a donut today. But I chose not to. I didnt want it and I didnt want to ruin my hard work so far. I dont feel deprived at all. I feel in control. Very pleased/

no matter what the scales say tomorrow..I feel like Ive had a really good week. Im in pre-pregnancy clothes, I feel good in myself and I know this will work.

We have all done so well, ladies. And the support is amazing, so thank you! xx

Morning ladies!

WI results are in! Ive (somehow!?!?!) managed to lose another pound this week....making 3lbs for the week!! I was aiming for that so i could get my stone and i got it!! i am SOOOOOOOOOO thrilled. Ive lost inches all over as well. I really thought I was either going to end the week with those 2 lbs off, which would have been great! Or show a gain from eating out yesterday. But nope! Very very pleased.

I had my porridge this morning and am on my 2nd pint of water. Eggs for lunch. Gloomy out today. Really hoping the weather starts to get better, although after living here for 9 years, I know better lol.

I just checked my countdown thing...and its 68 days til our holidays. :D

Baby not eating well, waiting for some results for Mum from Doc, so I am a bit stressed today!

I've been worrying myself stupid!
Phew, that's a weight off, pardon the pun lol!!

LO eating and drinking has picked up, but he's not happy about something! I feel useless, don't know what to do for him. If I go to GP's they just fob me off - they don't want to know unless got a temp/not eating at all, blah blah blah! So frustrating!

Oh well, one bit of good news - 0.5lbs gone overnight (am a nightmare, I promised myself I'd keep away from the scales this 3rd week!) - so now 11st 7.5lbs - lightest I've been in nearly two years, whoop!

Im soooooo glad you got good news about your mum! Hmm, Has your LO got many teeth? Could he be teething? Its so hard because it could be anything...ear ache...or it could be nothing other than hes just having a day of being fed up! :( Motherhood can be so hard when you dont know what to do for them.

My day has been uneventful but thats been fine. LOL This weather makes me a bit lethargic. lol.

Yay for .5lb! :D
 
Max has had eight teeth since he was about 6 months old! Was quite weird looking at a little baby (he is still little!) who when smiles, showed off a mouth full of nashers, lol!

Not sure, I've had a feel, can't feel anything. He's not displaying any signs either, so I think he may just be feeling a bit off colour or fed up with himself!
He was stuck in yesterday as hubby won't take him anywhere! And we've been stuck in today because it's peeing down here and I've been too stressed to think about going anywhere till I knew Mum was okay!

Will make up for it tomo when I take him swimming :)

Is Zoe babbling yet, stuff like - ma, da, ba, ca? Max squeaks and squeals and laughs a lot, but will he hella's like talk!
Got a couple of friends who have babies who are 2-5 weeks older than Max, their babies have starting saying the odd word, and have both taken their first steps!
I've told Max to get a move on, lol!
Still, he did a lot early - held his head up on his own from birth, rolled over (front to back) at 2 months, rolled over (back to front) at under under 6 months, and crawled at 7 months. So, I'm not worried about his development as such, I just wonder why he's being lazy now, lol!

Zoe babbles, yes. And she likes the idea of walking but is a ways off actually doing it by herself. Tabby didnt walk until she was 14 months old but she could count to 10 at 13 months. She's very academic and that way inclined but wasnt very good with mechanical stuff, if you know what i mean. climbing stairs and things like that...she was slower. But she can read 3 and (some) 4 letter words, she has known her alphabet (and can pick out the letter and what sound they make) since she was 2 and can count to 100 and has done for ages...and she was just 3 in Nov. I can tell Zoe is very different. She is much better with balance and her hands than Tabby was and shes more confident and independent. Theyre all different ( I hate when i get that as an answer but its true lol) and he will do things when he is ready! Trust me, once they start talking they dont hush. Ha!

We havent had any rain today but it has been a miserable day, regardless. Im REALLY ready for spring. We have some daffodils in bloom out the front yet it is absolutely freezing and doesnt feel spring-like at all! LOL

Well, it has been an uneventful but good day. I have to go out to pick up my contact lenses tomorrow after I drop Tabby off. Ive not really felt hungry today. I had to almost force the 2nd half of my dinner down. And the 2nd half of my bar too. i just didnt want anything. So weird. Anyway, off to get the girls ready for bed.

Aww sounds like she's coming on a treat! Max is confident pushing stuff around, walking whilst holding on to things, but I don't think he'll be walking on his own any time soon.
Shame, because if he was walking by 4th May, he was going to be a pageboy!!
Just wish he'd say something lol! He can, because a couple of times when he's cried, he's said, 'Mama' but I can't count that because it's only been a couple of times, and not recently.
Wow, Tabby is a clever little girl, you must be so proud!
You're right, they are all different. I was so excited for him to start crawling, and now I miss the days I could leave him in one place and he would stay there! Be careful what you wish for, huh!! ;)

I know, so so so fed up of this weather now! Spring should be here any time and it can't come too soon!
