Beelishy's VLCD Weight Loss Adventure!!

Morning.

Its saturday the 26th. I only have a few days left in the month so Im pretty certain I wont meet my halloween goal....and I was starving last night so I had an extra pack. It was either that or eat off plan. I didnt want to do that. So anyway. 244.8 this morning which is completely expected. Today Im having a day (kinda) off and then starting back tomorrow with 3 packs a day plus quorn in the evening.
 
Normally the biscuits dont really bother me. Theyre in one cupboard and all of my stuff is in another, so I rarely ever go in there. It was an off-plan day today anyway and my little girl is poorly and asked for one...so I had a couple too. It wasnt a mad binge thing. I decided to have a couple. I will be back on plan tomorrow. :) 3 packs plus a quorn meal. I will get there :)
 
So. Hubby has decided to go on a diet :D Yay! So i went food shopping today and I only bought a few little snacky things for the girls (nothing that I like anyway). And no other rubbish! huzzuh!

So far, so good today :) I need to get some more water down. Bleurgh. lol
 
Morning :)

I feel like today is a kind of re-start. Even though I never really went OFF it for any length of time. lol. Anyway. 244.2 this morning. I need a good clear out in the loo (TMI!) but otherwise...I feel fine. TOTM gone again today. No idea what is happening with that. But I am cracking on, regardless. Now until xmas the only exception being a meal for thanksgiving. Its just essentially very similar to a xmas dinner. (but meatless as i dont bother). So not at all the healthiest but its one day and it is an important day so i will enjoy it..and move on. And there is plenty of time between now and then to make a decent progress. So here we go!

1 babybel light

quorn with mushrooms
Pot of no sugar jelly (if i fancy it later..may not)

Man. This sure is easier when hubby is dieting too. lol. Less food to prepare. Less crap in the house. Smaller food bill. hahah. YAY.

Im doing fine today.

Its 12:45 and Ive had an egg (and a white), 2 coffees with skimmed milk, A&C porridge and just having my Spag Bol (S&S). Quorn and mushrooms for dinner tonight. And another porridge, if i can get it in. lol. hmm. Im taking the girls in for a nap after lunch and will see how i feel when we get up. Not really been hungry today. So if Im not feeling hungry when I get up...i will leave the porridge. Maybe for later. Maybe just wont have it at all. Ive ordered some shakes. I miss them. LOLOL. It will be nice to have them in the afternoon after naps. :)

So far, so good. Again. Hopefully the scales will agree. :D
 
Tabby wanted to bake cakes so we made some peppa pig muddy puddle cakes. It was so fun! She loved it. And no. I didnt have any. Not a lick of a spoon. Not a crumb. lol I love that shes old enough now to want to do that kinda stuff. We made her a bowl of fruit salad the other day and I gave her a plastic toddler knife so she could help. Fun! :D

Im tooootally freezing. Havent felt this cold in aaaages. Hmm. Coffee time! lol
 
I dropped my 3rd pack (porridge). I just wasnt hungry when I woke up from our nap. So Im just having my quorn and mushrooms now. I made it with a tablespoon of philly lightest in lieu of a 2nd babybel....even though the babybel is 50 cals and 0 carbs and the bit of philly is only 20 cals and 1 carb. I cooked the quorn with a few baby mushrooms chopped up and a half of a very small red pepper....dry fried it. Then I added garlic powder, a tspn of knorr veg stock powder and water. Let that cook down a bit and then added the philly and stirred it all in. It came out absolute amazing. lol. And...ive only been able to eat 3/4 of it because its SO filling.

So my numbers for today -

838 cals and 53 carbs.

I still have a bit of milk for a coffee (or two, possibly) and a sf jelly pot for later.

Currently STUFFED and very pleased with today. :) I think im back in the zone, good and proper. :D

And bonus....if i can do 2 packs and a meal a day, then I have PLENTY of packs in to see me through til christmas and a bit beyond. whoOOP! lol. Ive also bought some multivitamins at tesco yesterday. Going to start taking those in the morning :)

DEFINITELY going to do 2 packs and a quorn meal, 2 boiled eggs and a babybel light - EVERYDAY. lol

Ive had a 3lb whooosh overnight.... 241.5 - TWO FORTY ONE!! My halloween goal of 240 JUST might be possible now! :O

Just dont know what to say. Im ecstatic.

Oh and..hubby isnt doing VLCD. He's doing his own thing. But...Its just nice to have him NOT gorging himself on crap. lol. And...I know I have to keep on my toes because he drops weight like CRAZY when he really tries. And he will catch me up, in no time...if i deviate. LOL. for a while I was actually heavier, at 5'9", than my hubby at 6'5". Thats such a devastating blow to your self-esteem, as a woman. lemme tell ya. For the first time in a LONG LONG time, I am considerably smaller than he is (about 40lbs) but knowing him...he will lose like crazy. So...gotta keep racing on! lol
 
I have NEVER weighed less than my OH even when I was a size 12 *sob* he is 5'7'' (ish) and I'm only 5'3'' :( he's the skinniest person I've ever met haha he is generally around 8 stone 3 his 30 inch waist trousers can be pulled down without undoing if he doesn't have a belt on! I'm well jel!!

It's my dream to one day weigh less than him, that's why we're feeding him the build up shakes but that is backfiring as he just isn't eating real food now and pretty much just having the shakes, sandwich at lunch and yoghurts and biscuits in evening.
