Had a sneaky weigh-in this morning and i seem to have lost 3lb in the last 36hrs!

Today's menu -

Breakfast - 2x toast with blackberry jam

Lunch - 1x roast chicken thigh (skin off) with stir fry veg

Dinner - quorn spag bol (quorn mince, mushrooms, onions, garlic, passata, spaghetti)

Snacks - 2x slices toast with blackberry jam, pineapple, coffees

Have you got any faves so far? I looooove jamie afro and daniel. Also one of the girls, but i can't remember her name She looks a bit like ashanti (the singer) - she was AMAZING!

what did you think of the x factor? i'm only halfway through it (sky+)... those 3 girls have just been put in a group so they can go through. i thought they were much better as a group so i'm glad they went through
