It deffo makes you think before eating ... I wasn't sure what to have for lunch so I typed in a mugshot and 4 ryvitas first but that took me past 1200 cals, so I have revised it to jacket potato, tuna & salad

D: Trying to quorn shepherd's pie recipe off the 7 day menu on the website.. We shall see with cauliflower and pickled cabbage.
No, you start fresh every day.. I would think that 1500 was more realistic but if I eat that it tells me I won't lose weight. :/ the shepherd's pie was delicious btw, well worth a go xx
Only for a couple of days but I was sticking to 1500 because that's what it gave me, but for some reason it dropped when I went on my settings..
Feeling terrified xx
