Beth's food diary aka mission 'get gorgeous' ;)

One coffee in the morning I have and because it's my only one it's a real treat.. But don't even need that anymore really and I've found it makes me quite jittery.. The housework all gets done at like 7am now! Aha.

Told you it was yummy though :) xx

Plan is..
B: (hexb) Toast and 2 scrambled eggs

L: Couscous salad (lemon couscous, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper and pickled onion)

D: Veg curry (onions, garlic, pepper, courgette, aubergine and chickpeas) with basmati rice

Sn: Banana, apple and (hexa) cheese

I'm prepared for my lynching! It's true though, no wonder I wasn't bloody losing weight.. Speaking of seeing people on other threads, just tripped over you on an old one talking about 'Sundays' and having your knicks on inside out (been there, done that!) LOL xx

Aha! I think I'm plenty old for a bit of comedy.. And definitely old enough if I've done it myself!! I think it's ok to tell us girls too much, because we all reciprocate! X
 
Hi babs, I've just input today's food into MyFitnessPal and it is totting up to 967/1200 ... think you are right, I haven't been eating enough :(

And that includes porridge for my breakfast and a small muffin at break!

It deffo makes you think before eating ... I wasn't sure what to have for lunch so I typed in a mugshot and 4 ryvitas first but that took me past 1200 cals, so I have revised it to jacket potato, tuna & salad :)

I wish I wasn't eating enough! Lol. It's given me 1330 because I said 1lb a week and I'm still having to do exercise to come under! It has made me shuffle stuff about and I certainly wouldn't eat pasta and rice without weighing it anymore.. X

D: Trying to quorn shepherd's pie recipe off the 7 day menu on the website.. We shall see :) with cauliflower and pickled cabbage.

No, you start fresh every day.. I would think that 1500 was more realistic but if I eat that it tells me I won't lose weight. :/ the shepherd's pie was delicious btw, well worth a go :) xx
 
Only for a couple of days but I was sticking to 1500 because that's what it gave me, but for some reason it dropped when I went on my settings..

I don't quite get it! :( It says my goal is to eat 1200cals a day which isn't much (even though I've eaten less than that this week, I don't always eat like this)

What am I going to do at the weekend when the vino collapso appears on the scene?? Give up a meal, lol?? :confused::rolleyes:
 
That was exactly my point on the feeling full thread, I do green that's 440 cals on healthy extras and 300 in syns a day I'm meant to eat.. Leaving me with 560 for free food.. Less than an evening meal.. I don't understand it..
