Never fear ... It's nearly soup season :)

I wouldn't call myself golden but I've certainly not been troughing all weekend like I usually do (and much less alcohol!) - although I am going for a cheeky one tonight! Might be 2 but no more than that :)

I'm on holiday next week (cornwall again) but planning to do lots of walking.. And no wine! (vodka.. But no wine!) x
 
Just decided that I'm going to have to start shredding again because I just looked in the mirror and hated what I saw! Always seen a bit of extra wobble and a pot belly but I actually just saw a 'fat' person, not just someone carrying an extra bit of weight.. Feel disgusted with myself :(

And I'm heading back to CC, pigging out on rice and pasta just isn't going to work!

So glad I started CC it's really put me back in control and I don't feel deprived at all :)

Have a friend cooking for me tonight then a trip to the pub so I'll keep it low cal and then behave cal wise at the pub.. No matter what she cooks I won't be that much over I'm sure!!

I'm back!! Had a final fling KFC and glass of prosecco and I'll be back in the saddle by morning! Not weighed so no idea what I've gained but don't feel *that* heavier (that might come back to haunt me! Lol)

Thanks :) I need all the motivation I can get. Have decided (as I've already made plans) to give myself till Monday to get all of this out of my system.. And then I'm wondering whether a step back to SW (again) would be better as I eat more rubbish on CC.. But all EE whether I eat meat or not because I think the extra hexs are overkill for me and I need to eat less carbs!

Sounds like a plan... I do mainly green as too much meat makes my tum bad, but I do ee as well... xx

Well I don't really eat that much meat.. But I eat quorn and so feel that 1 hex and 1/3 sf might help me reign it in a bit.. When I do green I just eat 4 lots of cheese and loads of carbs.. And then wonder why I'm not losing weight.. X

Bless... Just swapped a lot of my Quorn for soya recently, as soya is supposed to help with the menopause, I am just starting mine and am hoping to control it naturally rather than hrt... But I do like my Quorn too... At least if we eat similar stuff we can swap ideas and recipes...xx

I never knew that about soya! Not really keen on the texture of soya but I've not eaten it for at least 10 years..

Would be good to swap recipes though I think, I tend to get in a bit of a rut! X

Sainsburys do a new range both in the fresh and frozen cabinets, called love soya and the texture has improved vastly... xx

Is it free? Might have to give it a go..
Does it freeze well? I only cook for 2 mostly but usually do 4 portions so I can eat quickly when I'm lazy..

Freezes well and the mince and balls are free... burgers etc you have to count, but Kev usually makes our burgers from scratch... For stir frys curries etc I use the fresh tofu... xx
