Oh! Ha ha! Sounds like a plan to me babes .. worth a try anyhoo x

Well I'm hoping my little method will work. I know that when I eat out, CC suits me much better and helps to keep me under control. However, as an every say plan I eat less veg, more rubbish and skip breakfast in favour of wine in the evening. So, if I stick to the SW plan when I'm at home (perfectly, including 5-10 syns) and then CC when I'm eating out/drinking at the weekend then this seems more sensible than saving syns all week (risking a mid-week binge) then eating/drinking whatever the heck I want (probably more than 105 syns) because 'I've saved them all week'

I know this my fault, not a fault of either of the plans - but this seems more manageable and I any see any logical reason it wouldn't work as SW just limits your calorie intake anyways.. X

Lunch: courgette and potato soup with hexb nimble, hexa cheddar and onion toastie

Dinner: (not sure yet - might eat out at the pub, in which case it will be a burger (as that's all they do - 24 different burgers lol) but will be the most sensible I can be - burger, with salad and jalepenos no cheese..

That's a brill recovery from 11.9 hun - not that that was 'real' but horrid to see all the same!

Let's have a good week hey? Shall we go for 2lbs??

It was traumatic! That would have put me only a pound less than where I started originally!! Argh! Been golden this week (although it is technically only 3 days! Lol..) so I'm going to try and really reign it in this weekend, I know I'll be eating out and drinking but ONLY white spirits and diet mixers and no pigging out unnecessarily! X

Having a 'good' weekend certainly helped me this week. We had copious amounts of vino (as usual) but I only ate 2 meals - a brunch and then tea. For bbq on Sunday I had no carbs either so that definitely helped - instead of being my usual 2/3 lbs heavier on Monday morning, I was 11.1 :)

Yeah I need to just not go mental at weekends and eat because it's fun.. And like today, there's a possibility I might be going out tonight, so instead of thinking 'sod it' I'm staying on plan right up until tonight and even then I'm not gonna and order a cheese burger with chilli fries lol.. X

Another flipping weekend wasted.
So annoyed at myself.
Good all week and then camping this weekend and even though I won't be on plan all the outdoorsy-ness and walking should mean that I won't gain!

X

Tea sounds gorgeous :)

I've been fancying soup! Had carrot & coriander for my lunch :)

It was delish; not often I crave meat but it hit the spot! Still full now, might not have my velvet crunch after all. We'll see.

Just read a one pot cook book I bought ages ago for camping (and only just dig out for this trip) and it has loads of gorgeous soup recipes I hasn't even paid any attention to before! X

Well been camping so back with my tail between my legs again!!

Hi B, how's it going? Are you getting back on track flower?

Yeah, dragging myself up! Trying a few EE days to try and get myself back on track.. As well as using some syns for sauces and stuff..

Really feeling down about my weight and I need to stop finding excuses and just kick myself into touch.

How are you babe? X

2 x large wines (17)

Dinner sounds fab :) What are the potatoes?

It was delish (and Max was very happy too!) the potatoes are just peeled potatoes (Maris Pipers work best) sliced to like pound coin thickness and layered in a dish with crushed garlic and sliced onions (I sweat my onions off in frylight slowly first) then pour over stock till all but top potatoes are covered. Bob on some foil, hot oven for an hour, last 30 mins take the foil off..

Stock goes all gloopy and it's luverly (and provides a gravy for free if you don't want a sauce!) x
