You are probably eating more stuff that ferment in your gut than too much, try some Peppermint tea to reduce the bloated feeling... xx
 
It's rubbish because when I'm on CC I eat ready meals, packet stuff, general crap because it's easier than working out exact calories for my own food (who has time to weigh an onion?!) but then when I start eating 'proper' SW food I end up feeling uncomfortable.. Will try to drink LOTS today, including peppermint tea and hopefully it will pass :) thanks! X
 
WI day.. Had to buy new scales last night.. And I'm worried that they'll weigh me really light because I was like 10 stone something in my bedroom.. And I'm not! I'll try weighing things I know the weight of then weighing myself - or else I'll be back to buy some more!!

Edit: the scales are still atrocious on a tiled, flat surface (telling me I'm under 10 stone!) so that moves my WI day to Friday while I try and source some more scales.. X

Lol as much as I would love to recommend you take that weigh in result and run maybe buying some new scales would be the wiser option :scale:

Ripped the box as well so can't even return then to Argos from whence they came - hardly think going into the shop and saying 'these are faulty, I'm not that light' is going to get me taken seriously!! Although they were only £8 on sale, so maybe just take it on the chin! X

I am sure you can still take them back even though the box is ripped... They have to be fit for the purpose sold, and the box is only the package not the item sold... Take em back with your receipt...xx

Breakfast: (hexb) Alpen with (hexa) milk

Lunch: last night's chilli with couscous, fat free natural yoghurt and salad

Snack: banana, (hexb) Alpen light bars

Dinner: pasta and bean stew (onion, garlic, celery, pepper, macaroni, tinned toms, borlotti beans, Italian herbs)

Syns: Walker's baked crisps (5) Salt & vinegar snack and jacks (4)

Right it's fess up time, had a bit of a binge last night - although it was all free food/within my syns I wasn't hungry and was still eating.. I know that it's positive that I managed to stay within syns but it's still annoying!!

Still not managed to get hold of any scales.. So gonna just have to weigh in next week.. Gonna start my new week today as I think it will help with drawing a line under last night.. Only had 15 syns between last Monday and last night so it won't affect that..

Plus it means when I'm out tonight for Chinese and a friends gig then I will have a few more syns to play with.. I'm going to enjoy tonight, but it's NOT going to lead to a binge until Monday morning!! X
 
Yesterday (not on plan)

No breakfast :(

Lunch: goats cheese and caramelised onion panini
half a carrot cake muffin/half a blueberry Danish (very small)

Dinner: few prawn crackers, salt and pepper lamb starter (ate half) and then broccoli in garlic sauce with a bit or rice and a few noodles (serving spoonful of each) wasn't really hungry and don't particularly like Chinese..

Alcohol: 1 x glass of white wine, 2 x Tsingtao bottled beers, 4 x gin and slimline tonics

Then when I got home a slice of bread with tuna pate and a packet of salt and vinegar snack a jacks

So not a great day - but not like a full binge/completely ridiculous day..

You kept control of it babe, which is so much better than I can do... You can pull that back with no problem for a loss next week...

Basically you have to remember that we are in this for the long haul, you still have to live and enjoy it... So long as you are good when you can be...xx
