EE -

No breakfast :(

Lunch: baked potato with sliced roast beef and salad (fat free dressing)

Dinner: chicken cacciatore (chicken, lean bacon, tinned toms, onion, courgette, Italian herbs) with rice and broccoli

Nice cup of tea in bed :)

Walked to work (20 mins up a BIIIIG hill)

Yesterday wasn't perfect -SW wise but was under cals when I logged this morning..

Wednesday should be good - gonna do some housework/laundry/ironing this morning.. Have a birthday cake to finish for one of Max's friends and then in work 1-4 (not a bad shift!) going to walk to work again, weather permitting! X

Breakfast: 1/2 a small melon

Lunch: mild cheese and broccoli pasta'n'sauce with salad

Dinner: eggs, chips and beans

Snack: mug of hm veg soup (onion, swede, carrot, leek and courgette)

Oh dear - just decided to measure myself as I don't have scales and came out with 39/32/42 which is much larger than I thought I was.. No wonder I hate pictures..

I really thought I was a size 12 and just had body image issues and was a bit heavier than I looked due to build, which seems a little naive now as according to sizing charts I'm between a 14 and 16..

Wish I hadn't have done that now..

You are a size 12 with body issues you nana! You are wearing size 12 tops, size 12 jeans and size 12 knickers!!

Yeah but vanity sized size 12's clearly.. And some size 14's.. I genuinely thought I would measure smaller than that, I dunno it just really knocked me for 6 on a day I was already feeling pretty fat and miserable.. Bleurgh! All I ever do is moan.. X

I haven't got ONE size 12 lol. You are beautiful, inside and out. Now go write that down 100 times!!

Not the best day - green

No breakfast :(

No lunch (a mug of bovril if I'm honest)

Dinner: quorn peppered steak, boulangere potatoes, broccoli and sweetcorn

Gonna have a bit of a fruit feast tonight to stop me eating crap because I feel like crap..

Full (small) galia melon
2 kiwis

Hugs and hugs young lady... You were just having a fat day and we all have those, they are days we tell ourselves we are fat when we are not! You will be ok tomorrow... xx

Thanks :) I hope so.. My weight really is getting to me today, it doesn't normally ruin a whole day.. Eaten loads of fruit because feel like I could use a bit of sugar..

Drank lots of water and tea this evening (tea always makes me feel better) spent the morning in a hot bath then moisturised and painted my tootsies which felt like a real luxury! (had the day off) so hoping I'll feel better in the morn!! Not wasting another day feeling fat and miserable! X
