Bev - Round 2

Pain is your best friend ;) That pain is burning off calories ;)

Enough about pain ... I was having quite a good day!!! Lol

:giggle:

A friend of mine has bought the biggest loser for the WII......I might just invest. She has lost 4lb this week, and 4lb last week.

Is that just from doing BL workouts Mary? Or has she changed diet as well? x

Hats off to your pal Mary for 4lbs two weeks in a row!!

I have just ordered the Biggest Loser book online. I love the series and hope the book can inspire me a bit more.

Went to badminton last night. Had lots of games and worked up a sweat. Night off tonight and then gym tomorrow. Once I am in the gym I really enjoy doing it, it's just the thought of it I don't like. I'm dreading going right now, but when I am in there tomorrow I know I will really like it. Weird.

Hubby's having chicken and chips from chippy tonight but I'm not having anything from there. Might have some more noodles tonight at home instead. Will be sat watching the soaps tonight and deciding that I want a pleasant night in front of the tv and if I want any snacks they will be healthy ones.

Have a great weekend everybody!

Not weird at all Bev ... I feel like that today about my run but I know once I am out there and got over my first 2 miles i will be loving it! :giggle:

I love the biggest loser too but the AUS version. I do watch the uk one but can't seem to get into it as its nothing not even a smidgen like the aus & us series'. I dont think Clare should have left this week though do you?! :p

Have a lovely evening tonight xxx

Definitely agree with you about Claire leaving this week. She put in so much effort and was so determined but I suppose it is a competition afterall and they got rid of their best rival. Shame though.

Forgot to say, after badminton last night I came home and had my usual small cup of coffee and no nibbles! So glad of that. Broke that little habit and will continue it too.

Well done on breaking that habit Bev :) It might seem little but really its quite a big thing! x

Not too sure Jan, will ask her.

Brilliant that you have got out of the nibbles habit, its one hard habit to stop once you are hooked on nibbling.

Yes well done Bev! :) xx

Bev, great to hear you are controlling the snacking. I've been trying hard to do the same and am improving about 50% of the time. Hope we both keep at it!

Had another great evening last night and no snacking. I am consciously trying to cut out as much rubbish as possible and eat when I am hungry. I'm also trying to up my water, I do drink plenty of water but nowhere near as much as when I was on LT.

Off to the gym later for another hour of cardio. I have badminton on thursday night and then back to the gym again on Saturday.

My girls came home from snowboarding in Andorra. They had a great time and ached all over. They even won a snowboard in a raffle, lucky them! Just arguing over who gets to keep it now!!

Having a tuna salad for tea, which I love. I don't know why I slip back into eating rubbish so easily. I really love the flavours in salads etc but they just seem to slip by the wayside. Got to really try and keep up eating them.

Good for you Bev.....amazing how quickly you can crack a bad habit when you put your mind to it! Trying to do the same with my mid-afternoon kitkat.....it's been about 3 days but now I've remembered it I want one!

Brilliant bev :) Glad you are still in control of the snacking and lovely your daughters had a good time away.

Have fun at the gym!:D x

Looking good Bev ;) xx

Bev, you are doing so well. Great job on resisting the chippy food, that showed great resolve. I'm still having bad days for snacking etc but hope to improve!!

To be honest, I am just taking one day at a time. If I have a bad day I'm not going to feel too bad about it. As long as my good days outweigh my bad, then I'll be happy.
