Here we go again!
I think it's a good way to think cos I'm not putting so much pressure on myself. I really am trying to be good though and just don't want to snack as much. Trying to introduce more fruit into my diet cos I really just don't like much of it. Going to try some new fruits to see if I like them. I'm like a child really, just don't like fruit! Bad eh? Weird that my mum used to work in a greengrocers for years when I was younger too.
Got badminton tonight, so really looking forward to that. My bad shoulder is definitely getting better. Trying to rest it is hard though, you don't realise how much you use it until you try not to.
Driving to work this morning and the exhaust is blowing. Great. More expense. Sounds like I'm driving a tank at the moment, will get it sorted out on saturday morning hopefully. Hate it when things go wrong with the car, it really plays on my mind and worries me for some reason.

Here we go again!
Got the car fixed yesterday, only £245.00!! Only!!! Damn cars but we've got to have one where we live. At least that's one worry over with.
Had badminton last night and had a good few games. Loads of people there and our membership is at it's maximum now and they're not taking on any new players. Great for the club. We need a bigger hall, we're playing in a brand new sports hall as it is!
Going to have another "good" day today. Hubby and daughter are having chippy chips tonight but I wont. Fancy noodles for tea instead.
Weekend's nearly here (again!) so hope everyone has a good one. I will, I need the lay ins again.

£245, ouch!!! Have a lovely weekend Bev
Oh heck, £245 - dont you just hate paying out on cars! We paid out over £300 in the last two months on one of our cars, so we traded them both in last week and got a Citroen C4, it feels lovely to drive.

Here we go again!
I braved a weigh this weekend and had lost 3lbs! Very pleased with that as I feel I had a good week. I chose to have healthy days and it worked!! Really enjoying going to the gym at the moment too so will be getting my membership back from tomorrow. Doing an hour's cardio at a time, twice a week really is good for me. Really enjoying it too. I will be happy to lose 1-2lbs a week from now on if I can. Anything gone is good!
Back to work today and it feels like I never left for the weekend. Had a nice relaxing weekend though. Had my eldest daughter up for tea last night and lots of chat about the wedding. She is all booked now and it's on for April next year. If anyone's interested they're having the wedding at the Atlantic Hotel, Newquay. They absolutely loved it when they visited and it does look very nice. Can't wait!

Here we go again!
I was very good last and rejoined the gym. That will definitely give me incentive to go now, if I needed any. I'm really enjoying going at the moment and it was packed last night. Girls were coming in seeing that the cardio stuff was full and leaving. Our gym is very popular at the moment.
Night off tonight then badminton tomorrow and then gym again on saturday. I really enjoy my night off, doing nothing.
Still trying to have more good days than bad. Finding it OK at the moment.

Enjoyed my quiet night off last night watching the European football. Love a good game of footie especially if I don't support either side and can just enjoy it for what it is. Great game though.
Off to badminton tonight with hubby. A couple of hours of exercise under my belt again.
Even though I love my badminton, why do a few people have to ruin things. There are a couple at my club that just wont abide by their rules and ruin it for everybody else. It has been mentioned to the bloke that runs it (and not only by me) yet they are allowed to do whatever they want. Not fair! Enough ranting and will just have to get on with it. My nights up there just aren't as enjoyable now. I am thinking of leaving and joining a different club cos it's got so bad and I'm not the only one. Never mind.

Why don't you all club together, go to the guy that runs it and tell him everything and tell him you all feel like heading to another club because of whats going on. Shame though Bev, you used to really enjoy it xxx
