exactly what i thought. i'm a 38HH and a strapless dress? but it seems to hold me in quite well, but that's just because it's a bit tight. it didn't fit when i started this diet, ha. it was pornographic!! but it fits now and it is drawstringed up the back so i can squeeze myself in :)

8 stone!! how tall are you? i was a loose 14 at 11 stone... don't think i'm going to be that light, ha. 11st 7 is my goal at the mo. may go for a size 12 once i ge there... we'll see :)

i think me n u abz are similar heights. although, actually, you're probably taller than me, as i'm a 16 at the weight i'm at now so hoping to be a 12 at around 11 stone i'm hoping to be a 12. i used to be a 38HH!! Know how you feel lol.
 
Don't you get sick of drinking your food? I think that could get annoying after awhile, the no substance part of it. Hmm must look into that! lol

well not so far martyn. thing is, once you're truly into ketosis you don't feel hungry. you still crave, but you don't feel hungry. after week 2 you can have the bars too, which will give you something to chew on, although only one a day. and people make muffins and all sorts out of the shakes. i haven't managed that yet. i made runny cat poo and it went down the sink. it's also covered my microwave... :S

so there are options to make it more interesting. also after week two you can get mix a mousse and it's my understanding that this makes a kind of angel delight type thingummy. looking forward to that too :D

Yep.. ive been to tons.. brum.. newcastle.. london.. glasgow.. dublin.. belfast.. and so on.. going to liverpool.. brighton to see hot girls.. lol.. erm.. im sure theres more im going to..

All i know is, you have have to go to the Liverpool M&G Elle, i think Kitteh is going aswell. I can't make the Manchester one, but Liverpool might be possible!
