i know a guy that lost immense amounts on low-carbing. he lost it really really fast. on the diet i was on at the time. i put him on it, ha. and i was losing a lb or two a week. my body just really really really doesn't like losing weight... i did like the low-carb lifestyle. but i'm a carbaholic and well aware. total abstination seems to be the easiest way for me not to cheat it has to be said...
I don't think I lost it fast abz, not after the first few weeks on Atkins, but I was happy with a steady 2-3lbs a week, week after week. I also feel the fact that it took me longer has helped me maintain so well.
when i think of all the ways i could have lost weight over the last year and a half and then the way i'm having to do it with my time restrictions i'm a bit gutted... but then i've tried all of those ways before, and during the last year and a half, and the only thing that has worked for me has been cambridge... so i need to stop kidding myself
Only just got round to this one after reading all the posts on my thread this morning and shopping this afternoon. I'm gonna take ages to get round to all my suscribed threads and back to normal posting again.
Glad to see big boys isn't being totally neglected and will still be nice and warm for Tyn whenever he decides to return to us.
