Good morning everyone

Late start this morning - not sure if OH got to work on time today. The alarm was set 1 hour late as I changed it for the day we went away on holiday and he always leaves it to me and I forgot to check It was early morning when I got to bed so I just flicked the alarm switch and thought I'd done the deed No doubt I'll hear all about it this evening.

Morning all, what a lovely drop of sunshine over the weekend, we had a great time and a nice family BBQ yesterday. Welcome back gem.

yes gem, it was really good, and everyone turned up even though it was very short notice. I have loads of left over to eat my way through though.

Yes gem it is. I love it for my Mother really, she is so happy when all the family are there, now all we need is for my pair to produce some grandchildren for us.

am off to ikea shortly so i need to buck up somehow. have a headache, feel thirsty and a bit wobbly. bit like my first couple of days again. gah!!

at least i get to have my first weigh in tonight i know i won't have the mega losses that others get but it would be nice to have a good one
