Big Boys Need Love Too!

Who's got the red shoes?

Abz, maybe you didn't get an invite cos your boss knew you were working... men can be like that sometimes: "well there's no point asking cos I KNOW she can't come anyway". I think they're wired differently to women. (a personal opinion - no offence intended to any men out there). I'd just let this one drop. If you're not invited to the next one when you ARE available then is the time to be annoyed.

Hope everyone had a lovely day

~Silence~

You could be right Silence and I wouldn't even bother being annoyed - if that's the case, they're not worth it! x

me i have the red shoes. well, i have one. tyn has the other. i need it to feel a bit happier. although earlier i was driving towards a fit guy and he was looking at me and as i drove past he shouted "SEXY!!"

Me, i have one and tyn has the other. I need it to make me happier. Although earlier i was driving towards a hot guy and he was looking at me and as i passed him he shouted "SEXY!!!" and was smiling to i smiled back in the rearview mirror lol. I think he was sent from heaven to make me feel better lol.

Way to go Elle - Knocking em dead already! Either the weightloss is showing or the red shoes are working their magic. :D x

*ahem* gem it may just be that my face is gorgeous as per usual:p haha. i dont know what it was but i needed that. i really needed that. i have this "tactic" at the moment, you'll all think i'm crazy, but what i've done is hahaha, i've removed my emotions and feelings and left them in the toilet. so now i can only think about it when i'm on the loo. otherwise i'm not allowed and have to distract myself. I amways use my time on the loo for thinking time, and know i need to think things true to get over it, but im not letting it take over my days. xxx

p.s. i failed on the icecream but i did create a tasty ice lolly from the options hot choc, and half a pack makes around one icelolly which means that if you add nothing else you can have one icelolly for around 18 cals. yay!!! xxx

:character00238: Good Morning Everyone :character00238: I see I am not the first again. It a sunny morning again down south and I'm feeling fine :character00238:
Elle - Glad some discerning geezer recognised beauty when he saw it :) Your philosophy is...... different  It reminds me of reading the wonderfully embellished walls of a public loo, one of the rhymes said "Some come here to sit and think, I come here to s*** and stink". Hmm.... Maybe that's where your...er... little problem started :sick0019:

Have a nice day everyone :character00238:

Morning Taz. Hope you're feeling better x

At least that is positive. You are doing something about it. x

Yeah well I need to get an idea of how long it's going to last as I have to let work know. I hate being incapable of doing things!

good morning guys.

elle. go girl!! always told you you were gorgeous :)

and taz, am glad you will be able to get something done about it, get some advice, get some prescribed medication and get better :)

as for the work thing. there was some kind of mumbled thing about the boss's wife having sent out the invitations or something and something something. to be frank it sounded like a crap excuse and they should have realised since it started at 2, my mate was going at 6, plenty of time to realise. but like i say. i'm not seeing them until wednesday and hopefully i will have stopped being riled about it by then...

and OH MY GOD. go and see batman. it totally rocks. saw it at the IMAX and it was out of this world. quite gruesome though. i totally agree with tyn. it shouldnt have come close to a 12. not sure if it was a 12 or 12A but either way, really too psychological. i suppose they get away with it because you don't see much actual gore but the implication is there and i kept nearly shutting my eyes. heath ledger was absolutely amazing and totally freaked me out as the joker. he was wonderful. i am still really sad about his dying which i know is pathetic...

in any case. well worth a watch!!

Taz - I know just what you mean about being incapcitated. I was out of action for several months back a couple of years ago and it was really difficult to get my head round x

I am very independant and like to be able to do what I want when I want so not being able to drive or walk easily really pi$$es me off!

That was my problem - being independant - but most of the time I could drive short distances but walking and standing for any length of time was an absolute no no. Before that, walking was absolute pleasure to me so I felt a great sense of loss when I couldn't do it any more. x
