Signed back with restricted duties/hours for 3 weeks....
No Gym or Cardio for 4 weeks....
So back to the Gym in January taking Christmas into consideration.

Glad your better....I've still got the niggling cold!! :-(

I have gone back too my old ways, things have been difficult at work, at home & not been able to train, my way of dealing with this is to comfort eat....

Weigh In tonight, line in the sand and getting back on that horse....

Time to Plan....coz failure to plan is a plan to fail!!

Total loss: 74.5lb or 5st 4.5lb!!
Time to kick on!!

1845 Dinner:
4 WW Sausages (4 Syn's), Potato Wedges, Veg, Mushrooms & 2 Eggs.
2 x bread (6 Syn's).
Apple & Yoghurt.
