Apple, Orange, Mug Shot & Yoghurt.

Chicken, Steak, Gammon, Jacket Potato & Pea's.

0200 Late Snack:

Ham Salad with Dressing (2 Syn's)

1330 Gym Time:

1 Hr Weight Based, Toning Workout.
15 Min Cycling, 30 Min Interval Power walking.

1600 Late Lunch:

Ham & Mushroom, 2 Egg Omelette & Salad with Salad Cream (2 Syn's).

1800 Dinner:

2 Salmon Fillets, Potatoes, Mixed Veg. & Mushrooms.

Finely Chopped Lettuce, Quartered finely sliced Cucumber, Quartered slice tomato or Quartered Cherry Tomato, Small sliced onion's, Grated Carrot, Finely sliced Peppers, Tinned Sweetcorn.
I gauge my amounts by experience & personal taste, I put all this into a large mixing bowl & mix.
I then cook (50g uncooked) wholemeal pasta per potion.
I put a layer of Salad Mix into each of the lunch containers we have, add the pasta (splitting equally if your doing a batch of pasta salad's) & add cooked chicken on top. I also use Tuna or Ham & Cheese (HE).
I also use a dressing to add flavour, something like Honey & Mustard Light, Thousand Island Light, Salad Cream Light which are syn's or French Light, Italian Light dressing for free.

Jacket Pot, 2 Egg Omelette with Ham, Mushroom & Cheese (1/2 HE A) with Salad & Salad Cream (2 Syn's)

1745 Weigh In Time:

A minus 3.5lb to finish with a monthly total of minus 18.5lb.

A total loss of 64.5lb or 4st 8.5lb. :)

1845 Dinner Time:

Prawn Stir-Fry with Beansprouts & Noodles.

Mini Calippo (3 Syn's)

2015 Evening Snack:

Apple, Orange, Yoghurt, Mug Shot, Savoury Rice & Fredo Bar (5 Syn's).
