BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

I have just found the fist stage and did ten minutes of it but it froze and stopped loading :(
I tried again but still no luck, so I found the 2 mile Leslie walking and did that, really enjoyed that one and think it will stretch different muscles compared to when I normally walk outside :)

What do you chose to do for exercise if you don't mind me asking? X

Hi Pie,

It is really filling but I am having issues as having two salads a day doesn't even cover half my calories even with the cheese so need to find healthy options to increase my calories with snacks and while it is nice to have one snack i am having to eat loads to bring my calories up =(

What do i do peeps? x

I will go online and have a look for some ideas now, I will have a look at nuts and i have seen lots of people write about dairylea triangles so going to have a look at those but not sure what i can have them with as I am GF =( might look at some gluten free crackers but last time they were full of sugar and didn't taste very nice x

Thanks Hun i will have a look, I currently have map my walk but it drains my battery really badly :(

A friend gave my bf a brand new pedometer for free that the bf has given to me so I thought I would try it out to see how I get on :)

Speaking of the bf, he weighed himself when I asked and is starting the gym this week after work, think he will feel better when he sees some results too :)

I got to fitness class twice a week - (it was Rosemary Conley but since she went out of business the lady that ran it has carried on) go to Aqua twice a week and do the Leslie Sanson 2 mile walk or Rosemary Conley Real Results DVD when I have not done enough steps. I don't work so have plenty of time to go out walking when the weather is fine.

Well done on the weight loss - good result.

How did you get that meal to be only 123 cals or did you type the wrong number? - my salad is usually about 60 cals plus 25 for dressing. An egg is between 70 and 100 plus the cooked chicken at 148 cals for 100 gms.

Sorry I forgot to write I couldn't eat the egg as my bf didn't check the date when he cooked them, the thought was there though lol x

I will have a look at those recipes, the problem is I can't have too much dairy so don't like milk or yoghurt in them and tried soya but I find them too thick. Might try the peanut butter one though x

Well done on the loss lovely! I'm having the same issue of what to snack on/add to meals to up the cals a bit. Hopefully get some good ideas at Slimming World tonight! x

I don't drink cow's milk and use almond milk, which is quite thick and put ice or water in them to thin them down. My son gave me a tub of protein powder which I sometimes add to smoothies.

I never check the date on eggs, didn't realise until recently that they now have them on. :)

Nuts and seeds will add cals and goodness to your meals.
