BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

I have just come back from doing a 6 km walk - was going to walk back but it started to rain so an excuse to get on the bus.:) Well done on the Leslie walk - glad you are finding it ok.
Now to watch the end of the Tour de France.

I am just walking to the library with my friend so will be walking off another few miles hopefully :)

I really like the Leslie walks, I feel like I have done a proper work out afterwards and like the clock telling you how long is left to motivate you to carry on :)

I hate that clock :D I have a piece of cardboard taped to the top of the tv which I flick over when I have the DVD on.

Go onto you tube and google Leslie two mile walk and it's a video that takes you through thirty minutes which is two miles of walking on the spot.

You can do it in your living room and it is four simple steps walking, side steps, kicks forward and back, she starts off slow then builds it up and then cools down, I have done it the last two days and feel like I have done a proper work out :)
