Lunch chicken ceaser salad ~ 450 cal

Dinner inspiration lemon fish with salad and light salad cream ~ 205 cal

Snack Diet coke ~ 4 cal apple and grape snack bag ~ 45 cal Pom bear ~ 95 cal Nairn GF oat and fruit biscuits ~ 195 cal dairylea and GF cracker ~ 97 cal

Total 1,099 cal

What did you think to the Inspirational Fish - would you buy it again? Hubby eats fish but when we looked at the reviews on the net some of them were not good so we decided against buying them. Someone wrote they wish they tasted somewhere near as good as they are made to look on the TV ad and not as good as the packet they were sold in.:)
 
I originally bought the inspiration bake to perfect lemon and chive one, they come in little bags with butter, you just pop them in the oven and then take out and cut open, they were really good but I have not been able to find them at my local shop yet :(

So I bought the chargrilled sun blush tomato ones, they are in a tray and do not look great when you put them in the oven but we found them to be really tasty, I have another box of these that I bought for next week.

Yesterday I bought and we tried the chargrilled lemon one in a tray again, they were okay but I wish I had a fresh lemon to of squeezed on the top as they didn't have a lot of flavour which was a shame.

Not done the 3 mile one for ages - will have to look it out. Like the music on that one a lot better than the 2 mile one. In aqua today she brought some new cd's so we all had a sing along whilst we were doing it.

Did you not blend the fruit and milk? I don't like them with bits in them much nicer when they are smooth.
 
I blended it and don't really mind the bits too much x

I love her walks it was my first time trying the three mile one but I felt bad for not having time yesterday lol x

Those results make sense, I hope it works because her walks are something I can do daily and I really enjoy them.... After ;) will have a look on her FB page thanks systema x

Dinner ~ tomato, mushroom, yellow pepper onion and cheese omelet with lettuce, cabbage, carrot, yellow pepper, cucumber with light salad cream ~ 300 cal

Snack 2 x dairylea and GF crackers ~ 200 cal Pom bear~ 95 cal can of coca cola ~ 139 cal milky way ~ 195 cal melon pot ~ 33 cal

Total 1,180 calories

I did a three mile Leslie walk burning 351 calories :)
