BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

Up early this morning so just burned the 3 mile walk to disc and will give it a go. :) Usually get plenty of step in during the day but having a day out and I know there will not be much walking involved.


edit to say - just finished it and got that out of the way :)

Breakfast 1 litre of squash ~ 8 calm Apricot choob and raspberry choob ~ 80 cal

Lunch Vegetable sushi ~ 180 cal

Dinner Vegetables ~ 50 cal

Snacks dairylea and GF crackers ~ 360 cal Eat natural bar ~ 160 cal Popcorn ~ 89 cal GF cookie ~ 260 cal mint aero bubble ~ 145 cal

Total 1,332 calories

I have now banned the scales until the end of the month - too much hopping on and off again so they have gone into hiding (OH has taken them away) :eek:
 
That's so funny that your OH did that! My OH has hidden the scales for the past 6 months ish! I asked him to let me use them today and then weigh once a week so he's doing that now lol xx
 
I tried a ready meal that was chicken biriani but didn't like it so left it and just ate my vegetables x

It is so funny they hide them from you, I weigh everyday but the bf doesn't mind as it makes happy to get up in the morning ( I am not normally a morning person) and it makes me more determined each time I see it go down :)
 
I woke at 1/4 to 5 this morning and got up and got weighed and that was it - up then for the rest of the day.:eek: Did LS a 1/4 to 7. It was me that told him to take them away and not give them back until 1st August (and he won't no matter how much I ask- or beg).
This is something I used to do when I lost my "big weight" and would be awful all day if I had not lost or gained a couple of ounces so asked him then to take them away so decided that is the way it is going to be again.
 
I have had a lovely relaxed day, me and the bf walked into town and had lunch, there was a local market on so we got some chicken sausages, never had chicken ones before but they are meant to be lower in fat and the samples tasted delicious so we are going to try them =)

I also bought some Nivea in shower body moisturizer as i am worried my skin is going to have lots of stretch marks when i get down to my goal weight =(

I have done some washing and cleaned the kitchen while the bf had a nap and now going to start reading a new book that i bought today as someone recommended i read it, John Green The fault in our stars.

Lunch Chicken ceasor salad ~ 450 cal

Dinner dairylea and GF crackers, cooked chicken, 1/2 a chorizo scotch egg, an apple ~ 540 cal

Snacks diet coke ~ 4 cal chocolate chip cookies ~ 264 cal

Total ~ 1,266 calories

Three mile fast Leslie walk burning 350 calories.

The chorizo scotch egg we got from the market and the bf said I had to have half, it was delicious but I will be paying for that tomorrow as it isn't GF :(

Dinner was a bit bigger and no salad as I was seeing if it stopped me snacking and I haven't had anything tonight which is good :)

That is one book I keep toying with the idea of reading but just haven't got round to yet. I think I'll give it a go - need something new to get my teeth in to. Just finished The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. I love everything Neil Gaiman lol x
