BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

Aldi is my usual "walk" as it is about 4,000 steps away so I only buy a small amount of things then I have to go again if I want something. Just been down there to get the mushrooms for my lunch - it is a nice walk as I can go down the seafront but it was really blowy down there today. Lidl is near my Tuesday class so call and have a look what is on offer there.
Glad I don't only have the likes of Tesco and Sainsbury's to choose from, there is a small Sainsbury's near us but it is so expensive
 
Today's food diary

Breakfast 1 litre of no added sugar squash ~ 8 cal

Lunch Waitrose ham and egg salad ~ 311 cal

Dinner steak and Stilton casserole- sirloin steak, onion, yellow and green pepper, Worcester sauce, garlic and gravy with Stilton cheese, carrot, peas and sweetcorn ~ 380 cal

Snack 2 x dairylea triangle and GF crakers ~ 190 cal apple snack bag ~ 48 cal 3x Lindt chocolate 230 cal

Total 1,167 cal

I completed a two mile Leslie walk burning 234 cal :)

Do you have breakfast? I was just thinking that if you wanted to up your calories you could have a smoothie for breakfast(I can't eat proper food in the morning!) xx

If I didn't have my breakfast my stomach would think my throat had been cut (as they say). I can't function without breakfast even it is only a slice of vegemite on toast.
 
You had better use up that Almond milk before it is no good - it does freeze though - do it in smaller portions.
 
My smoothies are 1/2 a cup of frozen berries , half of one of those small multivitamin juices from lidls and an apple .
I used to have a different one with banana , ff Greek yogurt and a bit of semi skimmed milk so you could substitute regular milk for almond xx
