BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

Bit anxious today hoping mom's operation doesn't get cancelled tonight, she really needs this now. I have used so much energy worrying that i fell asleep this morning =(

I am going to try and relax and read for a bit, then do my Leslie walk and pack ready to go to my sisters for the night hopefully x
 
Fingers crossed it all goes to plan with the op! Just try and keep yourself calm and relaxed as much as possible.
You can let me know how Interworld is then :) x
 
Sorry - got the diary page wrong. I know what you mean about muscles and water etc that is why I have abandoned the scales for a while. Did 3 mile LS for 300 cals - 45 mins Aerobics for about 150 plus the walk back home which is about an hour. Then 45 Aqua in an hour so don't really know how many but Tuesday is a bit of a bind to be honest as both my classes are on the same day and nothing on Wednesday. It is just a rush as my OH comes to meet me from class at 2 pm and we walk home along the coast so don't want to give that up unless it is raining. :)

Hope things are sorted out for your Mum today and you can stop stressing.

If I could I would do the same but really find weighing everyday motivating x

I bet you feel great after all of that exercise :)

We haven't had a phone call tonight so we are hoping it is going ahead x

Breakfast 1 litre of no added sugar squash ~ 8 cal

Lunch 1/2 tin of Heinz tomato soup with grated cheddar cheese ~ 222 cal

Dinner chicken and leek sausages with vegetables ~ 333 cal

Snacks dairylea and GF crackers ~ 200 cal eat natural bar ~ 160 cal

Total ~ 925 calories

I have took a day off exercise today so no calories burned x
 
Okay so due to being at my sisters and hospital today my calories have been a bit over and have not been able to do my exercise =(

I am now home though, so hoping to get a good night sleep and to stick to my calories and do my Leslie walk tomorrow =)

Breakfast Cup of Tea @ 5.30am when we left for the hospital ~ 40 cal Breakfast in the canteen (bacon, egg, baked beans and tomatos) ~ 310 cal

Dinner Morrison's Vegetable sushi ~ 180 cal Bag of wotsits ~ 120 cal

Snacks 2X cans of coca cola ~ 260 cal Bag of crisps ~ 170 cal GF Muffin ~ 320 cal

Total ~ 1,400 calories
 
Glad things are now ok with you and everything goes well with your Mum.
