I am still awake- going to walk to Asda in a while to see if they have any closing bargains - nothing yesterday but fingers crossed tonight.

I went to Aerobics this morning and she shocked us with Circuits which were hard - 12 different exercises to do one after the other for 45 mins with no rest except for water breaksIt was hard going but I enjoyed it.
