I am still awake - going to walk to Asda in a while to see if they have any closing bargains - nothing yesterday but fingers crossed tonight.The three mile one I really enjoy when I want a really good work out, I like the two mile in the evening as it helps me sleep, the four mile Is for when you want to sleep the rest of the day ha ha x

I went to Aerobics this morning and she shocked us with Circuits which were hard - 12 different exercises to do one after the other for 45 mins with no rest except for water breaks It was hard going but I enjoyed it.
