BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

The three mile one I really enjoy when I want a really good work out, I like the two mile in the evening as it helps me sleep, the four mile Is for when you want to sleep the rest of the day ha ha x
I am still awake :) - going to walk to Asda in a while to see if they have any closing bargains - nothing yesterday but fingers crossed tonight.

Well... I tried the couch to 5k app and the combination of my asthma and my muscles (they are too flexible) left me in a lot of pain just from level one :(

I am waiting to see a physio at the moment because I fell over in February and sprained and tore ligaments in my foot causing my leg muscles to move outwards so need to get help to align them to my core again, am hoping the Leslie walks will help to strengthen them :)

My official weigh in is Monday morning, but I usually weigh everyday and still the same today, will wait and see but fingers crossed x
 
Today's food diary

Breakfast 1 litre no added sugar squash ~ 8 cal

Lunch lettuce cucumber, light salad cream with chicken, dairylea and GF crispbread ~ 282 cal

Dinner chicken with two steam bags- carrot, sweetcorn, broccoli and pea, sweetcorn, broccoli and spinach ~ 336 cal

Snacks ~ can of coke, Pom bear, dairylea and GF crispbread, chocolate ~ 614 cal

Total ~ 1,256 calories

I did a Leslie fast four mile walk and walked to, around and back from town burning 713 calories :)

OMG we are both living like saints this week! If we don't have an amazing weightloss next week I might cry!! I know i'm setting myself up for a fail here but I really feel like we've earned it this week :)

I am really hoping they start moving again soon, I am eating the same sort of things but not eating my calories back this week so net calories are low each day, hoping that will help :)

I am sure you will se another loss, you eat so well and do so much exercise x
 
I went to Aerobics this morning and she shocked us with Circuits which were hard - 12 different exercises to do one after the other for 45 mins with no rest except for water breaks :eek: It was hard going but I enjoyed it.
