BinkyBonk needs to lose weight...

Because we spend so much time in hotter weather it is the cold that bothers me. Wear a large brimmed hat when you go out, preferably made from cotton and good sun glasses if you like wearing them. I never go out in the sun without mine.
A fan is brilliant if you place a bowl of cold water and ice in its path so it can blow colder air on to you. Don't think I have ever had a cold shower and still have a thin quilt on the bed :)
Do sympathize if you have asthma or hay fever - the weather must really get to you.

I haven't been out in it today as feeling too unwell, but I always wear sunglasses as I also get hay-fever so can't bear to be without them lol x

I have a fan on and thin cover on my bed and am just sat here at the moment enjoying the cool air.

My lungs are quite vulnerable anyway and having asthma is rubbish but they have managed to help me control it with a stronger inhaler, it just doesn't help when the weather is so hot... boo :(

I am lucky that my asthma is controlled now so just need to wait for the weather to cool a bit but not too cold as asthma doesn't like cold either lol x

What a pain!! Hope you start to feel better soon lovely x

What have you got left to clean ? :D

Well....... the bf went out for the night so I had to stay up until 3am to let him in, within half an hour he woke me up being sick all over the bed, luckily we have a superking bed so he wasn't actually sick on me!! It took me thirty minutes to get him out of the bed to the bathroom, where I cleaned the bed, put the superking cover in the washing machine, put the king size duvet in a black bag and in the bin :( put down towels, got a bowl and a glass of water.

In the time it took me to do this the bf decided the toilet was two inches too far away from where he was sat so was then sick all over the floor in the bathroom, I put him to bed and then cleaned the bathroom and had a shower as I felt disgusting and it was now 5.30 am :(

This morning I have anti- backed my entire bedroom, changed the bed (they were okay but I just had to) I have done all the washing and put it all out to dry and then done my usual cleaning washing up, bleaching kitchen, hoovering etc x

The bf has stayed in bed all day, apologised when I explained what he had done and I told him he is buying me a new kingsize duvet and cover to replace our other one. He is only being forgiven as he has never done this before and I have told him I will lock him outside if he ever does again lol x

Oh mate what a rubbish situation! I'm lucky my other half doesn't go out drinking , only on the odd occasion but when he does he goes hard and ends up like that too lol he has lots of apologising to do to you then!
Maybe a present? Hehe xx

My hubby is basically teetotal which is quite strange to some people as we ran a pub for 20 years :) He decided that as other people do not drink when they are at work he would not drink when we ran the pub and when we left it the first thing he did was buy a bottle of gin and some tonics and then when he tasted it he said he did not know he bothered.
But on the other side I am the wine drinker and do like a large glass now and then and have done some really daft things in my long time - but never been ill in bed etc.
He now makes my wine as he says it is too expensive to buy it in Asda etc (costs about 80p a bottle - we live in Spain part time where it is about the same price.

I would have slept in another room and left him to clean it up lol. I remember taking my daughter to the toilet in the middle of the night once and hubby was passed out beside the toilet. I don't really drink much now - no interest in it.

I have two kids hun, one of each. Son is 11 and daughter will be 9 next month. Thanks for saying I am not old but I feel it. My oldest niece is now 19. Youngest nephew is 5 and then there is my great nephew who was 1 in may. Hope you are having a great day. Xx

Oh jeez, I would have probably been sick at the sight of him being sick haha. At least he'll (hopefully!) not go doing that again in a hurry! :p.

Food from yesterday looks yummy. Hope you are getting on well today x
