My bf likes that he just leaves everything where ever he wants and in the morning it is all in its correct place ready for him, he likes the binky cleaning fairy lol x

I am really enjoying SF but finding it hard to stick to my calories at the minute :( hoping for a better day tomorrow, I really need a good week otherwise I won't lose anything this month x

Aww my hubby doesn't appreciate that I do that I don't think! Lol think it bugs him coz his glasses in particular drive me nuts he leaves them in the most annoying places!!

Aww it is difficult, hopefully this week will be a better week for you, maybe swap the sf for something more filling but still low calorie like scrambled egg or something meat no idea what meat thing is around 200 calories?

My day has been nice, my oh mum & stepdad came to see Maisie :) xx

Today my nanny friend and i took her little one to a farm near bath, he was so cute looking at all the animals and playing in the soft play =) We did lots of walking around which was good exercise and fresh air and i did well food wise today x

Today's food diary -

Breakfast - Apple and grape snack bag

Lunch - Turkey, salad and potato salad, Melon and grapes

Dinner - Toast, crispbread with light laughing cow and a bag of pom bear

Snacks - Coconut, GF biscuit

I can honestly say I know exactly how you feel! What is going on with us this month?!!! At last weigh in I'd put on 2lbs - God knows how it will end up for October - dread to think. We're both obviously eating more than we should be to lose weight!!

But hopefully if those 2lbs have disappeared for me on Friday I wouldn't have gained anything so I guess it's not a total disaster. We have 2 months until Christmas - I'm sure November will be more successful!!

I know i start off eating really well in the day and then in the evening munch on far too much =(

I am hoping to up my exercise now my leg is coping a bit better to help counteract the food (i hope) x

Aww do you ever think about having your own little one? You are great with kids and you can tell you really love them :)

Hello everyone,

I have a confession that due to things going on at the minute i have not been my normal positive self, today i had a five hour conversation with my sister, i literally got nothing done and ended up with the bf saying you are still in your pj's?' lol x

The reason i tell you this is that she reminded me of a few things and sometimes talking to someone and having another perspective is very helpful so I am now going to try and remember this and start looking at things with my usual positive Binky style and think i will see a great improvement with things...

So to start this positive re-boot i can happily say that i gained 2lbs while off plan the last few weeks but i have worked hard and now only have 1 lb to lose before i am back to 11st 5lbs, i have researched a new youtube video that i will start trying a couple of times a week as well as my usual Leslie walks and healthy eating, i am still using shakes but not following the strict 3-2-1 plan. I am hoping that i will manage to get to the 10's by Christmas, wouldn't that be nice =D

I have had a quick shower, put dinner on, washed up, bleached the kitchen and put the washing on. Going to clean the bathroom quickly so the bf will come back to a clean house when he returns from the gym =)

Food wise i have only had lunch so far today which was chicken, salad, light salad cream and potato salad, i literally couldn't eat anything else as i was on the phone so long lol x
 
Good stuff binks - go forth and conquer!! (With me tagging along failing to get in the 8s!!)

Totally Agree it's good we are all doing it together, power in numbers and all that!! Hope your ok binks big hugs xx and I hope you stayed in your pjs till bed, silly to take em off maybe to change your undies lol but that's it :p x
