I remembered the first week of Maisie and I didn't even bother washing hardly groooosss just stayed in my pjs haha she was literally feeding 24/7 I was lucky if I had time to wee!

I hate it if I don't shower every morning, I had phnewmonia a couple of years ago and was in a hospital bed for a week, when I could finally manage to get out of the bed I remember struggling to shower but being determined to shave my legs and my sister laughing that I couldn't manage to walk more than ten steps but I had managed to shave lol, I just love being clean

I was the same after my c-section! I was convinced if I stood up too long my stitch would just come out and everything would fall out ha ha xxx

They have no idea how I got it, the doctor said I had a slipped disk in my back and sent me home, i was on the sofa for three days and the back doctor came, he told me my organs had shut down and sent me in an ambulance, when I got there they said I had 10% lung capacity left and if I hadn't got there within an hour, I would of passed away.

I don't really remember all of it, I just remember that shower

I love being clean and tidy, my sister is ten times more so lol x

It is harder with a little one, with the twins I used to put them in their bouncers in the kitchen and chat to them or sing while I washed up and put everything in the steriliser, when they were doing tummy time I would tidy and clean the lounge and when they slept I would fold and put away the washing lol x

So yesterdays food diary-

Breakfast - I litre no added sugar squash

Lunch - chicken, salad and potato salad

Dinner - sausages, carrot and swede mash with creamy cabbage

Evening snacks - I forgot the dates on my fruit were short so last night I had crispbread with light laughing cow, melon and grapes, coconut pieces and biscuits

In total I was only a little over my calories and it was mainly healthy

I weighed myself this morning and have lost another lb so I am now back to 11st 5 lbs yey x

I am trying to keep working hard and hoping to see a good loss in November
