Well, just got back from weigh in (via Waitrose for food as now on 790! Yippeeee)
I lost another 4lbs this week!!!! Can't believe it!! My scales showed same all week... might consign them t't bin! lol
Went to be weighed by nurse too and she was pleased as her scales registered a good loss and a BMI of 26 so the hospital should be pleased if I ever get to see someone... date for discussion of my application is October 3rd so please, all positive vibes then please!
Accounts meeting tonight in less than an hour and my dinner is in the oven - an incredible portion of Quorn pieces (I adore Quorn!) well within the allowance (weighed carefully) with courgettes, mushrooms and peppers with a dash of soy sauce, all in an ovenproof dish and covered in foil... fingers crossed for a delish dinner! I love Quorn - used to eat it all the time when I followed the Slimming World diet... glad that from every previous dieting disaster there are some silver linings in the way of recipe ideas and foods!
Have developed a definite passion for pickled shallots too! Yumm! Not really s'posed to have them but the odd one or two clearly hasn't done any harm this week.
So... into my first week of 2 doing 790 on the maintenance steps and I'm feeling acey pacey! (knackered though what with work etc!) still... roll on Friday when I hit Filey for 4 days of wonderful company and total chill out time! Might take the battered old laptop and write my diary onto floppy! lol OMG it will be like Lord of The Rings in it's entirity if I catch up fully!!!!
Right, off to sort out paperwork for the meeting, eat my grub and shoot back to the orifice!
You won't believe this... I bumped into S at the petrol station and he came 'round for a coffee.... LOADS to say on that!! No plans to see one another again though.. so not that thrilling eh.. lol.. he spotted me and called me over, Ididn't even notice him.. I was too busy buying skimmed milk coz I now have to drink 1/2 a pint of that a day! Have'nt had milk in almost a year! Don't drink tea or coffee so au natural it is!
Hope I don't gain this week... but I guess the whole idea of this is to do it for 2 weeks to let the old bod and metabilism get used to the idea of more...
Only had time for one pack thus far (spicy tom soup - lush!)... so going to have me grub and a muffin and another muffin when home.. nice bedtime snackeroo... (may have to do a choc orange one as they are specially nice at the moment on my old taste buds!)
