Hi FFnF,

You've smashed your St. V Challenge Target. Well done. I'll be posting updates on the last day of the challenge .. Sunday. :D

i'm dead proud of you sweetie.

Have a lovely, romantic date on Thursday and don't do anything I wouldn't do. :) Actually, forget I said that! Have as much fun as you want.

Woo Hoo, your a star, fantastic weightloss,,:D :D :D

Amazing honey, just amazing!!!

I'm glad you reacted the way you did about the PO's - means you'll think a thousand times before you do it again yeah?!?!?!

16 stone summink next week - how fabulous, it's just dropping off you!!!

Tis alright. Yo're doing brilliantly. What else is there to say?! :D Pickled onions? What pickled onions?!

Just what I was thinking Cah-Ching :D

Pickled Onions? Never heard of them!!!!;) :D

Great loss Jennie ;) :D :D :D

Fantastic - another great weight loss, brilliant, well done.
xxxx

FFnF,

Just to let you know, Tesco do sugar free appleade which is the same as the one from Asda. I also Noticed Fanta Free (?) apple seems the same too.

Additionally they do a Diet cranberry version of red bull. This also doesn't contain Citric acid or any naughty sweetners.

HTHs

'They' being Tesco.

FFnf,

Brill loss - fantastic and getting into the 16's next week a cert. :D :D

Mind you - a sobering (and extremely tongue in cheek thought) - if you hadn't had those pickled onions you would have lost 4.6014llbs instead

Seriously though (before I get completely emasculated) by all your fans out there - this must feel fantastic after the lows of last week. :) :)

So up and at 'em for next week eh? :D :D

Cheers CC., I knew about the appleade (thanks to DQ on your diary) and it is yummy. Won't be going down the red bull route though (at least not for now) but will ask Ailsa about it and keep it for a new taste sensation when taste buds start getting bored again! :D Thanks - great info to have! :D

It always takes me sooooooooo long to catch up where ever I left off on here!!!

Well done Jenni - and fantastic to think next week you'll be down in the 16's ....

Have a lovely Valentines Thursday and hope both you and MR K enjoy the evening!

I knew you knew about the Appleade from Asda, but I thought I'd help you out with telling you Tesco's have one too in case you don't shop at Asda.

thanks Mini :D was very surprised but nicely

Thanks all of you. It was a manky couple of days but, thank goodness, they have passed and a new week looms ahead!

Thanks to a post from Mini on another thread , I decided to split my soup packs with the mousse scoop (8 scoops per pack) into lots of 2.. and have had 2 mugs of chicken & mush soup so far this morning and feel really full... problem is, I have to have another pack before I go to the gym at 2pm so think it might be a husky muffin when I get in from work in about half an hour or so. But then, I will have 2 mugs of spicy tomato soup to look forward to later!

Thanks for the tip mini (I know you managed to get 10 scoops but mebbe I'm heavy-scooping! lol ) it makes me feel so much fuller as I'm adding same amount of water to half the amount of pack! :D Yummy!

Last night - just to bring you up to date. Got home from weigh in, happy but tired, then almost straight out the door to deliver posters.. which I then realised I had left at home, so have to do that tonight!.. then off to mate with the complicated love life!

Was there for hours and still she wants me to go over again this eve but I said no.. (to be honest, I just want an early night! so, am aiming to be bathed and bed by 9 tonight - so.. if you see me lurking on here at around 8.45pm.. remind me please!!!!!) lol

After work I have to get home, do some clearing up, then ring my mother (had some very exciting family news which I am sworn to secrecy about until next month but will tell you ALL about then! lol) and then the gym for 2-4pm .. and THEN.. posters to pubs and shops.. and then.. home.. hopefully a call from you know who.. and then into my loverly bath, leccy blanky on.. jimmy's on.. (pack case for Thurs ;) :D :D :D) and bed by 9! Might curl up with a book or just set the telly on timer and fall asleep to whatever's on there!

Still no word about the job - am assuming the worst.. lol.. oh well... what's meant for you will not go past you.. or so I've been told. So, there must be something else out there that is eminently better for me.. OR.. it is time to sell up and live in a caravan! (not sure how Zoe will feel about that though! ) as for me.. the nomadic lifestyle has a certain appeal.. although.. difficult for Mr K... hmmm.. will put the nomadic thing on ice.. lol Still... a caravan won't be so bad, much easier to keep clean for a start! :D

Right.. off home (once envelopes addressed and stamped).

Thanks again for all your lovely support and comments (excluding the ridiculous 0.00whatever nonsense! ) ;) lol
