Well originally my aim was a mile lol !!! I think it does and each time you feel like you achieve something new!!! If I manage the 10k this dec I'm gonna do a half m next year!!! :O x

Actually I think after how I felt during it today I can imagine it getting addictive ... Might change when it comes to 20 min run on day 3 of week 5 tho hahah x

I'm glad you say that, it's a heck of a jump from 8 mins to 20? I think I will do 12 mins instead hahah

Why not try and see how far you can go - don't set yourself a time just see how close to the 20you can get you may surprise yourself!!! Xxxx

Well I've forward planned & if I stick to it I'll be fine & within calories.... BBQs just make me want to eat huge amounts of meat though lol

Yeah bread too so all I've bought are sandwich thins to make sure I don't eat too much. I used to buy crusty loaves & butter to nibble on while we were waiting for the meat, not any more!!!!
 
Hmm I went over but with a piece of pork & a cheese slice so not disastrous, I was the only one not to have pudding, ended up 142 over which I'll make up tomorrow if I can..... Already got my main meal planned of the hairy bikers beef & ale casserole, can't wait!
 
Hard day today.... Feeling sad & normally I'd just eat but am not going to. Waiting for hubby & son to get home from in-laws then off up to castle & cathedral before work to have a nice walk around.....

Day 2 week 3 completed, OMG sweat literally pouring off me!

On the plus side I was given a load more hand me downs today, 3 dresses, 3 pairs of black leggings, a lovely blouse, pair of next linen trousers & a pair of jeans. A couple of the dresses are a bit baggy style which isn't what suits me (hey Kat my stylist lol) but if I can wear a wide belt with them they'll be ok....

Ten hours at work ahead of me from 12....

Zumba tonight & I'm hyper lol! Probably a good job in going or i'd be climbing the walls lol. Scales still said something nice today so that made me happy.

Am thinking about booking an appt with the nurse at our surgery as not seen her since April & I bet she thinks I've gained the weight back. Also want to see if she can offer me any advice on lowering my body fat percentage....
