Day off so had little lie in woke bout 9.30 but only just eaten
Brunch strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries wiv some all bran on and covered wiv ff natural yogurt,
Don't know bout rest if day not planned any menu , thinking maybe trying the cauliflower curry recipe I found on here and adding some chicken

Had cauliflower curry wiv chicken in it. Hmmm jury still out , it was ok but don't know if I'd hurry to make again not sure if I maybe didn't add all the seasoning

I've just been working out , I'm in the 6 month to sexy challenge there's 15 weeks left and I have to loose 18.5 lb still to achieve my target of 30 lb, I would of previously thought this was quite achievable but looking at my record since Xmas when I joined the challenge I'm having doubts coz I seem to be losing one week sts or gaining the following week , I'm sticking 100% to plan, I'm not giving up im going to try to hit my challenge,


Although staying to plan today is totally not happened I've not struggled wiv the plan I've just not wanted to do it today , so I haven't I've had biscuits wiv a cup of tea I had some chocolate , I don't feel guilty about it I've had one day of eating What i wanted, I must confess to feeling a little sick though lol,
I've sorted my meals for tomorrow I'm back on plan and I'm happy , xxxx

It's good to have a break sometimes, when you don't feel like it. A short sharp break beats taking a week or two off the wagon! Glad to see you're done though and back on that oath tomorrow. Shame about the curry, hope your tea tomorrow is more satisfying!
 
Oh my god I feel so ill, I seriously need to remember this the next time I rebel and think i want to hav an off plan day , my stomach is killing me I feel like I want to be sick and I can't get off the loo, and I didn't really have too much junk nothing compared to what I used to eat before slimming world, but wow wow do I feel rough,

Hi diary ooh a week off work , wonderful it seemed like this week was never coming, I've come to stay wiv my wonderful fiancé, unfortunately due to work we are apart quite a lot, I m not going wi on wed but I'm staying on plan , I've just made sw syn free quiche and chunky sw chips , it was lovely , there is quiche left which I'm letting go cold and will have it tomorrow maybe wiv salad, going to hav fruit salad and yogurt for desert,
I want to hav a good result wen I go to wi I feel like I'm struggling wiv the same 1/2 stone I'm loosing a few lb one week then gaining them the next ,

Morning diary had a bril day yesterday, got a little bit of the quiche I made left but due to picking at it all night there is not really enough left to make a meal wiv, well I dont think there is lol ( greedy strikes again ).
So undecided wot to have for dinner . I will hav the quiche for lunch wiv celery and chopped carrots ,
Fiancé gone for dentist appointment so I'm going to do some exercise of some description ,

Had noodles and chicken for dinner was lovely , 1/2 left for lunch tomorrow,
Going to Market tomorrow maybe having fish for dinner tomorrow , we will see , had loads fruit today , fresh fruit salad, then also had banana orange grapefruit and a nectarine, feeling good very motivated , I usually struggle wen on holiday from work coz my routine is totally different,

Dinner silver hake on a bed of rice wiv salad , which was absolutely delicious my gorgeous fiancé made it, I not very adventurous with fish , I must try to eat more coz whenever he makes it I love it every time,

Well had a really lazy day not even been out , snuggled up with my sweetheart just perfect,

Im missing wi tonight I could of done research and gone to the local group here but to be honest I thought I would of had a little bit of an off plan week , but I have done brilliant totally on plan,
So I am hoping for a wonderful result next week ,
