My scales are showing a 3lb gain, I ate for both of us, you lost for both of us lol :D, I'm just kidding, I wish ! xx
 
Hmm think I need to get my arse in gear ! :asskick: Bev lost 3lbs before going, you've lost 3lbs and my mate Lmn has lost 4lbs today I'm so happy for all my friends :), but I need to come back down to earth, I need to snap out of blow out mode and get back on plan after tomorrow :rolleyes: xx

If I was off plan for a week it would be more than 3lb that I would gain ,
Your at group tomorrow and you will move on from it , as for challenge it's up to you but didn't you have shopping already in that needs using , and I'm sure that's SW friendly

Well I managed to find some salad stuff at the back of my fridge which should last me until Thursday just about. I had some today in my nicer dicer. Then Friday I get paid and can do a food shop then. It feel like ages since I've been on plan although I've only been gone a week. From tomorrow I have exactly 3 weeks left to get my 4.5 stone award, before my op. I've been messing around too much :rolleyes:, don't know where my drive has gone ? xx

problem is, I'm not feeling it Von :rolleyes: feel like I'm just drifting .
 
I feel like I don't want to be bothered about numbers for now but just enjoy my food but cook healthy SW meals and have my treats all within syns of course. I enjoy cooking and I miss that when on the challenges. But then theirs benefits of being on the challenges, I lose good amounts :), I'm so confused.com xx

But cooking your meals that you enjoy and Syns is still following the plan , your not doing anything wrong ,
And you'll still have a loss , maybe it's for the best we've both a lot on our minds ,

You'll do fine, you've got some salad till Thursday, it's just not gonna be a restrictive as the challenges , but still good healthy food , and keeping up the water intake will help xx

Don't think you need to change anything Hun , you've lost nearly 4.5 stone , so your obviously doing everything right

Not much, coz he works late not home till 2.30 / 3am, so more or less comes straight to bed and wakes up bout 11or 12, ready for leaving again, but usually cook on his day off , he likes lasagne , shepherds pie, or we get noodles and stir fry with prawns,
But I'm no great cook , lol

I love all the dishes you mentioned, yum yum :). Is he a good cook, normally arab guys are, its quite a big thing in their culture xx

Oh yea he is, he can just throw anything together and it is amazing.
I just have to get him making things a bit more SW friendly, he uses quite a bit of oil , but as it's not every week I try not to stress over it too much, and he is usually off Mondays or Tuesdays so if I usually WI on Saturdays I've a few days to pull it back
