Having a chilled morning , OH is off today not sure what were doing if anything ,

About the nicer dicer plus, when Kathryn asked me the price she asked about the nicer dicer for which I've said £20, the `plus' is more expensive. I've looked at both Amazon and Argos and Argos seems to be genuine. Also with Argos you have a 16 day money back guarantee to return products if their not suitable but with Amazon you can return stuff but you have to pay for postage & packaging ontop and it gets too fiddly . Showed OH the nicer dicer he said they have one at work that they never used still in box, his nosed friend brought it from America , he going to ask him on Friday if he wants to sell it , I hope he says just take it lol,
I don't know if it the plus or not but can't sound too ungrateful lol ,

Well I hope he says you can just have it but chan thinks he will sell it , tight sod , he never used it so won't miss it lol , but everyone doesn't think like me , I'd just give it away ,
We've had a nice day , mooched round shops, then wen got back I prepared the salad boiled some eggs, chan said he would have same so was easy day, although he will be like a cave man later looking for something to eat lol,

Oh no hun, your like me. Remember I was getting anxious nearer the date, I think its natural for us to feel that way. (((Hugs))) hope the nightmares go away and you start feeling better. Sometimes what I find helps is when I read on the net about success stories and people who have had the same procedure as me and came out fine, that boosts my confidence and the negative thoughts stop, try that hun, I'm sure when you read positive stories it will help

Oh about the slimatee, I am in 2 minds. I don't know how to measure if its working because I had a 1.5 gain maybe it would have been worse without the slimatee, then again I thought its ment to have senna in it to help the pf come, but I have had days last week when I was slightly constipated (sorry for tmi lol ) but its true. I guess I'm drinking it because I bought it and want to finish it, I only have a few bags left. I think when I come off it, it will be interesting to see if it makes a difference xx

I know what you mean , I didn't get round to buying another box , and can't really say I noticed much difference without it

I think because when were on the challenges we are eating plenty of fibre and all the water helps too so don't think we need it. I think if your diet lacks fibre then you will need senna more. I wouldn't want my body to depend on these things in the long run, happy to get healthy naturally
