Tuna salad sounds yum :). You eat really little Von, don't you have 3 meals a day ? I would be super hungry with just that much food lol xx

No I'm not having 3 meals a day as such, it tends to be one meal with loads of fruit throughout the day .
I do find the more I eat the more hungrier I am, so it depends really day to day,

You'll soon be back to where you was, but I know what you mean how quick speed etc goes when not been for a week , you wouldn't think it would happen so fast ,

Maybe I should try some jumping jacks at home tomorrow :D. I have a skipping rope too to use in the garden :p, but I keep getting images of flies getting caught up in my rope :eek:
 
I'm debating with myself when to wi, I initially said tue to have a full 7 days on challenge but now I'm thinking not to wi till closer my op to keep me focused as much as possible , it will only be a few days later, I don't want to wi then blow the hard work on a couple of days being anxious and maybe comfort eating ,

They say when we exercise we need to eat more to burn more, eating less and exercising together slows down our metabolism and our body ends up storing fat. Try and have another small meal at lunchtime hun, you will still have a good loss and your metabolism will work faster, but I can understand that you haven't been hungry so have been eating less :) xx

I was looking at my inch losses the other day in the mirror and my belly is so big compared to the rest of me, they say that's not a good sign, means your organs have more fat on them :rolleyes:. Think I will need to start doing some exercises that target my tum, do you know of any good ones ? xx

In Pilates we do a lot of side bends and stomach crunches, also stomach crunches going to one side and then the other but don't pull on your neck, let your abs do the work. I've also heard that hula hoops are good for your waist (not the potato based ones though :D)

Lol, I just didn't think it was worth wi on Tuesday I might as well carry on to Thursday , I don't want to comfort eat and ruin the result ,

Yep I didn't want to go there as the new person after my Op thought it would be better to get to know everyone before. I'm happy we will both weigh together :p. I take it your not gonna give me your op date lol, your superstitious like me :D, that's ok hun xx
 
Will wi on Thursday affect the challenges were in eg may and 100 day one , or would you just claim it in the next week from our last entry , I'm confused lol
