, I hope your well. Sorry I could not come on yesterday, I stayed over at my cousins house and only got back this morning. I'm glad your exercises are working and you are recovering well. The nodding off is a symptom of your recovery. It means your body is working hard to mend itself so is a good sign. Just go with the flow and remember to let you OH look after you once you get back to his house. :bighug:

I had a general, but was home bout 6.30 ish the same day,
I'm back at chans now , just had a shower and my sis changed dressings she said it looks really best and clean there hadn't been much bleeding

Yea I'm doing ok , just done exercises , so do e and dusted for an hour now,
Had shower and sis re dressed wounds , she said they look very clean and neat and I hadn't bled a lot ,
It feels nice to if got the big wadding and bandage off, just have dressing pads over the stitches ,

Not been on plan yesterday had extra bread , toast for brekkie and tea was a burger on a bun , didn't pig out on crisps and choc so I'm pleased about that , it was just the bread that let things down ,
I had fruit salad for brunch , by the time I woke up , and I'm now back at OH, and I hav had a few biscuits with a coffee ,
I'm not stressing about it , if I'm a bit off plan today so be it,
Il will get back on plan during this week ,
Sis made a spag Bol last night which we brought back with us , so just have to hear it up later for tea ,
