Yea I know what you mean, I need to be focused on something so i know what I'm doing day to day , I think we all hit a point when we feel stuck

I'm thinking of starting something different this week, going to add -

- the flat tummy water everyday for a week

- planks - I've heard lots of people talk about these

- crunches - these too

- squats - these too

- arm weights - for my bingo wings

I'm not sure how many of each yet, but I think I need to get off my bum and start working harder :rolleyes: xx
 
Foodwise I am so confused, thinking salad challenge again maybe, its too warm for soup. My friend Helen (littlemissnaughty) does a detox plan and she losses loads, I've asked her to put a thread up so we can do it as a challenge, I think she has been busy and not had time yet. I would love to do that, I think she lost 4lbs in one week :) xx

Water definetly worth a try , I'm going to get ginger when I can get to shops , until then il continue with plain water as before , aim for my 3L,
Exercise is out for me ATM, Wether I can do the crunches I might try in a few days , but definetly no planks , which they are good I was doing then before my op , and definetly can't do squats or lunges that's on my instruction paper, nothing that causes my leg to bend for 2 weeks , but they are all good I could tell things were toning up ,
I think it's good to mix things up a bit ,

Salad challenge seem more probable for this coming week. I will still need to go and do a food shop. I don't know if you remember but I mentioned that I might put up a thread for another challenge, I might just go ahead and do that, gets a bit boring doing the salad challenge over and over xx

Yea I fancy detox , a thread would be good to look at it , to know what I can and can't do as never really followed a detox,
I've not for any salad stuff in ATM , so il just have to make do with what I have available for a few days but I'm sure it will be ok , there's nothing here well apart from some biscuits , I've got yogurts in fridge, some fruit, jacket pots , beans tuna, and there's prawns in freezer. and then some other stuff I bought before my op , so it's not too bad.
