Hello Lovely , thanks lovely for replying to my pm. I'm just thinking I do better when I set myself a structure for the week, like the challenges for example ...........
I'm thinking of starting something different this week, going to add - - the flat tummy water everyday for a week - planks - I've heard lots of people talk about these - crunches - these too - squats - these too - arm weights - for my bingo wings I'm not sure how many of each yet, but I think I need to get off my bum and start working harder xx
Water definetly worth a try , I'm going to get ginger when I can get to shops , until then il continue with plain water as before , aim for my 3L,
Exercise is out for me ATM, Wether I can do the crunches I might try in a few days , but definetly no planks , which they are good I was doing then before my op , and definetly can't do squats or lunges that's on my instruction paper, nothing that causes my leg to bend for 2 weeks , but they are all good I could tell things were toning up ,
I think it's good to mix things up a bit ,

Foodwise I am so confused, thinking salad challenge again maybe, its too warm for soup. My friend Helen (littlemissnaughty) does a detox plan and she losses loads, I've asked her to put a thread up so we can do it as a challenge, I think she has been busy and not had time yet. I would love to do that, I think she lost 4lbs in one week xx
Salad challenge seem more probable for this coming week. I will still need to go and do a food shop. I don't know if you remember but I mentioned that I might put up a thread for another challenge, I might just go ahead and do that, gets a bit boring doing the salad challenge over and over xx
