Yeay well done on the loss.
Oh it's so nice when you have a light bulb moment like that. Well done.Yet another bank hol weekend spent at work, taking 3 apples and a banana and 2 litres water, need to focus a bit better this week last week was ok ish but I can do a lot better , I've just realised ive lost the weight I gained over Xmas the same weight I've been playing wiv since , loosing a few gaining a few , but I'm now 2 lb lower than my pre Xmas weight , I'm the lowest I've ever been wow I didn't even realise coz weighing at boots I'm 5 lb heavier on their scales s bit of a blow at first but it only affected the first wi , so taking the 5 off to what sw scales would show and yay I am getting somewhere , ooh that's give me the kick up the bum I think I needed ,

I've learned the hard way that giving yourself too big a goal will end up making you feel intimidated
You CAN do this
I'm exactly the same thinking I'm not doing well at all but I have lost a little since Xmas and that's what matters in the end. There's also the theory that if it comes off too quickly it can go back on quickly too. I think I'll likely meet you on the backroads at some point. And you never know we hit a dual carriageway at some point on out journey.Since Xmas I've convinced myself that I've been doing rubbish coz the scales have either sts or gained more than they hav gone down, but when i look at my weight at Xmas and my weight now I'm lower now only by 2 lb but it made me realise I've been doing ok I've maybe taken the winding country lane instead of the moterway but I'm still on my journey , and who wants to be in the fast lane all the time
