Arghhh Vonny you're doing a Kay with the scales and weighing in too much, lol. Don't let it get you down. You are bound to weigh more after a big meal the night before but once its out of your system you'll be less than ever for your official WI I know it. You did great getting up so early and getting your exercise done for the day. I'm soooo not a morning person but its probably the best time of the day to exercise outside, not too hot and everything looks beautiful in the morning light. I really need to set my alarm an hour earlier and do it before work, but I'm just so sleepy first thing in a morning! I'm sure you're going to get your next award this week, only 3lbs to go! xxxx
