I think the 3lbs down and 4lbs up is just your body adjusting, its the weekly one that counts, you will have a loss lovely ..........

You are doing so well with your exercises and walking, I'm well impressed. Your inspiring me to get moving, I might try tomorrow too.........

I know your right but when I see it I don't think logically , that goes out the window and I feel the tears coming lol ,

It just frustrated me,

I am using lots of pillows and cushions to support my back, I also have a back belt I wear for support .........
 
When I have to change my dressing it bloody hurts :( but learning to cope with the pain, I can't bend or lift anything ..........

First day was sick, 2nd day just felt weak like jelly. 3rd day was better.

I can't even imagine the pain your having, years ago my back went into a spasm and that was horrendous , to think of them operating on it no I can't imagine it

No you won't be able to do anything at the moment,
Have you got a large incision , ouch to the pain if redressing it ,

I have been eating lots of curries made in oil and rice and naan breads :eek: , I'm trying to eat less portions for damage control :rolleyes:. Also I've got back into coffee and biscuits. I had half a pack of hobnobs today, the plain ones :( not good Vonnie ...........
 
I'm eating crisps as well, couple of packs just out of boredom , I really don't need any of it in my life ! :cry:
